Maybe in the far future it will be more useful for Salesforce. I tried to create opp validation rule that prevents the user from skipping stage or going back to a provious stage. The chatgpt couldn't deal with it.. yet. It will get better with time for sure. I would like to see a future that you can teach your AI to study the company process. And create more personalized experience. It could also act as a conversation bot, create reports, manage chatter, etc.. The future is bright :) Thanks for the video.
Great video and explanation on the impact of future salesforce roles. As has been the trend for years... if you want to remain relevant and provide value to clients (internal customers)... you have to learn to ask better questions. In the past those questions were directed at clients...now they are directed at clients and AI.
