That lake has a low lying field on the other side about 15 feet down from the top, 12 feet or so from the overflow culvert. Also tiny homes on wheels are about 2.5ft off the ground already and even a 100yr flood event wouldn’t flood this property. (And there are no mosquitoes thanks to the dragon flies!) But thanks for watching
Awesome spots!
Thanks!
Any lots on ths opposite side of lake?
Whats that going to be over there, just access to lake?
No lots on southern west side, too narrow.

That's not a lake. It's a pond!
Lake is still filling; you should have seen it before!
Algae and mosquito puddle
The fountain keeps the water moving so mosquitoes can’t breed there supposedly.
Grass Carpe & tilapia feed on any algae or plants and the dragonflies eliminate virtually all mosquitoes. Amazing actually!
@@gotinybefree I have lots of dragonflies down here in southern alabama by the creek . Very cool about the mosquitos.
That pond will be in your living room when it rains..Also looks like mosquito land. Don't know where Pine Lake is, but no thanks!!!
