I love the goth culture so much I’m 33 now but I just back when I was a young teen that this was the culture and lifestyle I always wanted to live in what you would consider a black goth I’m most definitely gonna raise my future children in this lifestyle. What other people see as demonic or scary we see as beautiful .
I have absolutely no idea why TH-cam randomly recommended me a Mera Luna video but here we are, the algorithm is scary. This was my first Mera Luna after telling myself I'd go for years now! During the FLA clip I am the bright green hair flailing about in the bottom right corner of the screen! XD FLA are my favourite band and Paralyzed is a song to flip out to - which I did! Great video. :)

They were cool to finally see, but I gotta say that Andrew Eldritch does not have a great stage presence. Chap would sing in the corner, have a smoke during bits the others took over, and even if he walked to one side of the very edge of the stage, he'd just hang there for a while and still not seem like he's really singing to the crowd Still a good singer though, but also wish they'd release their damn new songs already.

Gahhh, I want to go back 🖤 It truly is more home than home for me, *such* a great atmosphere and so many lovely people. 🖤 This year I even got engaged there, we will be travelling there for as long as we're able to. 🖤 The heat was no joke though, I did miss the Hangar-stage just to keep a bit cooler. 😂

Any tips for English speakers attending M'era Luna? I plan on going next year. Was it easy to navigate without knowing the language or will I need to know some German?
I would definitely recommend learning some basic German! At the festival most people are great at speaking English but in the town they will want you to try your best to speak German! We are going to study abit for next year even though I studied Germanin school for 6 years I struggled with some things - Lynn

@@RandomGothCouple was frontline assembly any good? i was going to see them with kmfdm and ministry but the tour got canceled and the line up changed. if you haven't seen ministry before be prepared to have poor hearing for the next few days or bring ear plugs.

you guys should come with the goths on a bus group next year. there is 120 of us this year. five coaches of goths hit the festival this year. we have a facebook group if you want any info.
It was a great festival but as you are saying it was just to fucking hot. We had to make a festival break over the midday to cool a bit down and returned in the evening.
priest is playing not too long from now. how hot was it there? we had rain but it's been hot. some places have flooded so there's probably going to be a lot of mosquitos. i'm concerned he'll pass out from heat stroke and get eaten by bugs here.
