An excellent short film - I was lucky in the mid 80's to have a couple of days a season here as a guest - beautiful waters and superb dry fly fishing - out of my price range at the time though - I now cast my lines on the Derbyshire Derwent - Dove - and the Lathkill - Thanks for posting this.

Stunning photography. Sat watched with my 12 year old nephew who just started fishing the fly. He kept asking what tackle are you using and fly.

What a splendid video, almost more exciting than the real thing, almost! I fish the C&L day ticket section.

Simply beautiful - fly fishing for Brownies and Rainbows in the U.K. What a shame fly fishing in U.K. rivers is so expensive - syndicated for a few people who can afford it - like shooting.

Not sure it does any more . . . having fished the Wye around Bakewell for over 20 yrs, my impression is that the fishing has dropped off greatly and that insect life is severely on the wane, the latter leading to the former. I wouldn't mind betting that it's connected with agricultural insecticides leaching into the river.

It is non wading on the haddon dry fly only waters, and its ment to to be non wading on the cressbrook and litton c+r day tickets water, the 10miles of members water u can wade, day tickets are available for the lower 4 mile section from from just above the viaduct to ashford in the water £150 a day pricy but its On a par if not beter than the test or itchen not sure if u need to be a resident of the cavandish hotel thow.

Pretty little video, but no tips, no local knowledge. Hardly worth putting up
