      Ellis Hutchinson I'm rite with ya he is nice enough to make the video and show how he catches them i think all the negative comments are coming from bass or catfish anglers just jealous they can't fly fish I'm glad your sticking up for him it shows u have class

    I like the "production" simplicity and if your DP forget sometimes about the sound is recorded this only brings to the character of the video! Nothing like the take on the first cast! Please show us more patterns from the water where you fish.

    We have brown trout in a stream I fly fish the flat water because every where else it gets to low . But they don,t seem to stay in one place and rise but cruise the pool in small pods picking insects off the surface. You have to be quiet and very still to keep from spooking them. If you time it right sometimes the trout race to get your fly before the others do. I use some soft hackles but usually a size 18 floating ant or a size 16 gray beetle works great
