I reached out to MT and didn't ever hear back from them. From what I gather, they don't sell any calibration solutions for ORM. There are solutions available in various calibration ORP liquids in different mV increments from other companies, but Thorton doesn't recommend them. I've seen some pretty idiotic ideas like using bleach and water to calibrate them (don't do this it will ruin your probe). I was able to ballpark calibrate mine using my Myron Ultrameter II with the ORP function. It's going to take some water readings and mV recordings to make your own scale. You can setup a 4-20mA analog output to a PLC or a DRO to make the information useful like ppm or grains if you wish or just do the math. Luckily its pretty linear.
Trying calibrating your sensor. If it continues, let the sensor sit in a 3 mol/kcl solution for a couple days. Then calibrate. If problem continues, get a new sensor.
Could you do video on setting up m300 to read ORP?

Sir pls note the wiring ph probe cable.
Hai can u tell me how to adjust the analog out
Can u telle the how to change nanosiemens to microsiemens
Does this have any PID tuning software or is it all trial by error?
How to calibrate do sensor for 5l jar fermenter....can teach us...
THANK YOU A LOT , MY M300 TRANSMITTER GIVE READING -1.7 PH?
