I don't know if you are trying to be sarcastic, but he does answer the question. it's the same price as if you modified a y60 with the screen. if anything you get a better deal with the y70 because you are getting a 4k touch screen for the price of the HD non touch
Im just confused, if you're spending so much on the case already, why would you go with am4 instead of am5. Building a new am4 system doesnt make that much sense unless youre on a budget.
While it might be hard to find a screen at those dimensions, you could buy smaller ones to equal the size and wire their displays to the GPU. I did something similar with a mini monitor in my NZXT H1. Price wise, it should be under HYTE's MSRP, without having to buy used components.
I have the Snow white version of the Y60, Why not use a Fantom Venom 1TB M.2 SSD drive it reads at 7400 and writes at 6900, The Y70 is just incorporating the $160.00 screen they sold on their site to get rid of the stock on hand.
I had the processor in the socket with a factory frame for a couple of months, then I used a Thermalright LGA-1700 frame for a little over a year, replacing the standard one on the B660-A-D4 board, under the frame there was 12700k, then the custom frame and processor migrated to the new Z790-H, before " moving" I measured the concavity using a metal square - there was a very slight concavity, and most likely from the convex sole of the NH-D15S. In general (just my opinion) this is a useless thing for the intel socket, absolutely nothing has changed in terms of temperatures, the error was around 2-3 degrees on both boards and probably due to different application of thermal paste. Moreover, it is practically impossible to create absolutely identical conditions for comparison, such as: the same volume of paste or absolutely the same installation of the cooler, pressure to the lid and spreading of the paste over the lid. The only important advantage of a custom frame for Intel is that there are no scratches left on the sides of the processor and the processor looks like new, as is the case with a factory frame - the side “ears” of the processor are always scratched, as an indicator that the processor has already been installed in the board. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the custom AMD frame.
I like the part where he answers the question
