That is a very interesting take on a turn-based RPG style game. I normally don't like turn-based RPG where you just sit there and watch as both parties duke it out, but thus pique my interest
This looks a lot like Divinity: Original Sin (that's probably the reason the video got recommended to me), which is an incredible and massive game, I highly recommend DOS2!

Hey Man, yes as Dark Lord said a LOT has changed since I made this build. Haven't play on a while but it seems at face value that you would need higher level to achieve the things you used to be able to do before.

Damn, when games make proper trolls instead of skinny guys for low levels to kill like they are nothing. Lord of the Rings Online also make trolls more menancing.
300+ crit?? how is that happening, walk me through this please lol I know daggers have high crit efficiency, but 300+?? thats ridicolous on lvl 8 I'm on my first playthrough, and I'm Dirwin archer lvl 9 and the highest damage i seen was maybe around 60...
I'm sorry to hear that, I can assure you is a good game and I have hopes of it getting better. But it has a hard learning curve especially on the early game so don't feel bad!
it's a pain to see how weirdly troll sprite scales when he "claw swipe"... so much effort put into game and this... awesome game btw, if you ignore such mistakes.
I love how the monster has such good animations but YOU the person that you always see doesn't have animations at all. Some of these devs are really dumb.
The game is far from being complete, you can probably still squeeze over 20 or 30 hours on your first playthrough tho, is fun if you have the patience.

This video is from a far earlier version of the game, enchant scrolls used to give blue items with two enchants, so it was just a matter of reloading hundreds of times, is all legit but outdated.

Well the game is the hardest at the beginning and then it becomes much smoother.
how u deal with skeleton dungeon ? .. dagger is not effective right ?
This build is super old and back in the day it had no issue dealing with skeletons at all. I hope that helps

Yeah, nothing wrong with using potions but I wanted it to be as deterministic as possible and potions are rng heavy.
