You can tell hes an engeneer first and a director seccond by the way he says "fucker, wasnt even the fucking starter motor" would love one of your engines one day as a younger guy in the defender world and living in london all we all do at LR meets is talk about engine swaps and one of us will be the first to do it at some point, hope to be able to test one out someday

Spot on with your advice to check the friction plate fits over the splines , seen a friend struggling for hours thinking the clutch was not aligned, but it was the plate itself that was damaged

Nice engineering - being OCD one comment , that nice starter plate bolt ear sticks up above your cnc'd aluminium gearbox adapter plate, why not 'tweak' the design so the gearbox plate has a matching ear to match the nice cover - sorry to mention it but know your are all about the detail 🙂

Just a thought, why cut off the oilpan corner when you could have just threaded the adapter? The bolt below seems to thread into the adapter?

It’s already been revised but thanks for pointing it out sir 💪💪 these covers were for earlier covers but we hate waste.
