"Stay Together for the Kids" was the first riff I ever learned on guitar nearly 2 decades ago. I was obsessed with Blink when I was a kid & young teen. It's so cool knowing Travis Barker is producing some music for $uicideboy$ now. 👌
@@thatdude3977 You've said that numerous times. What are you even talking about? Travis is one of the most real dudes ever, and his band and music has contributed so much. You're hating for no reason - get a hobby.
Reading this I then realized that if you imaginarily superimpose a Zappa-Stache onto Travis and take the tattoos away, they have very similar facial construction and features.
Logan i met him when blink 182 was super popular at his famous stars and straps store in riverside Ca. This was like in 99-2000. And he's exactly what you describe and then some. So chill and generous with not only his products, but with his time. He actually skated with the kid I took there to meet him for like 15/20 minutes. Alone just them 2 trying tricks and shit. When it was all over he autographed the board he was using and gave it to lil man along with another brand new complete board.
I, feel like so, bittersweet and excited, when I listen to Travis, speak his point-of-view. He seems pretty cool, for a multi platinum records sales artist, and musician. No, but really... His is one of the most enthusiastic of anyone, rockstar, professional drummers, I have ever known. And Joe, interviewing with such respect, consideration, and kindness, seems really, cool.
Love to see how passionate he is about music in general. I love that he is working with $uicideboy$ which are one of my favorite current rap duos, it takes a genuinely good person/Music lover to work with somebody below his level of fame. Also it's awesome he is working with peep and Xs content. Hope to see him continue to work with up and coming artist.
i really like listening to this dude talk...he's a good guy and a total gun of a drummer.. i've never seen a video interview of him before, it's cool to get to know him and his story better.
I listen to everything from A+ to ZZ Top, and even more outside that bracket. I don't get people who stop themselves from enjoying as many things as possible. I started out only listening to Nirvana and Metallica. However, being introduced to Hip Hop sampling was great for me, because it taught me how to search for and appreciate different genres of music.
Microphone Hell agree when it comes to listening to music but it depends for some musicians they want to master whatever it is they play so they don’t stray from there genre very often. But you have to respect someone like Travis who is so versatile on the drums
Travis Barker is a real down to earth dude!! It’s nice to see some of these rock legends be actual people...shit!! He even said he wish he didn’t have the money sometimes, was happier with out!!
Can't wait for that new $uicide Boy$, man. Yes! Loved the Yelawolf and Barker EP too. I suspect it'll be good. I own that V/A album too. Give the drummer some.

Sean Smith facts it’s pretty wild
Sean Smith or X
He may always talk abour dmt and elk meat but he has his interesting guests haha
I saw he did the podcast and specifically looked for clips where he talks about the boys
Sean Smith they do need to get on it though they would be epic on here

Shit is going to be SOOOO fucking good I was listening and legit had my eyebrows raise at the names he was mentioning but especially the $uicideboys$

He co-produces. The melody comes from another producer and he adds his own live drums to the existing melody.
I’m fucking stoked. Had no clue Travis Parker worked with all these people.
