  • hi, I hope you're well!
    a little late but finally managed to film the march journaling recap with some nice flip-throughs of this month's pages and a couple of updates.
    having such a good time refining the way these various books work together for me and finally feeling like I'm on the right track with my personal traveler's notebook journal and my commonplace systems, so I'm excited to see how those evolve over the next weeks and months!
    hope you are also enjoying your journaling practices and I would love to hear how those have changed (if at all!) over the past few months🤍
    wish you a lovely week^^

    why are you tempting me with the binder? im not a binder girl 😭 but you're talking about having dividers for differents topics did scratch an itchy i didnt know i had. Kinda like megans bog book. I refuuuuse tho (i like the aesthetic and the functionality of it but i get really anxious when the pages arent perfectly align and such)

      Noooo, do what you think would work best for you!! Don’t be tempted just because an aspect of it sounds nice, make a pros/cons list perhaps? Your commonplace books are so so beautiful as they are🥺🥺

    There's a black Hobonichi pencil board for the Weeks. I've had mine for over a year and love it. I think it's sold as a navy and pink one, but it reads as black

      That’s the closest I’ve found so far but I really really don’t like navy so I haven’t ordered it before. It’s good to know it looks black though, might add it to my order when I buy archive folders next👀

    Hi , please may I ask what you use to print your photos on ? I keep trying to get photo paper but I dont like it as its thick. Yours looks quite thin by looking at it xx

      I just use regular printer paper ahah, you can’t tell from the video but they’re definitely not high photo quality or particularly colour accurate, but my books bulk up enough as it is so I don’t want to use thick photo paper and also I like how cheap and easy this is☺️
      I do get my best photos/the ones I really want to keep printed properly and larger scale, but for my notebooks I just want some easy visuals to help me navigate through the pages!

      @@untitled_paintings thats brilliant thank you! I love that idea as my hobonichi is thick as it is with printing photos on thick photo paper so was trying to think of something else so this helps!! What gsm is the paper? Sorry all the questions xx

      @untitled_paintings  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Same! Afraid to see how bulky it will be by the end of the year ahah, and no worries! I’m pretty sure it’s 80gsm, the kind you buy in packs of 500. Maybe you could even find thinner but I’m not too sure!

    Is that an A6 or A5 Hon?

      @untitled_paintings  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s an A6 Hon🥰 for reference the ring binder is A5. I’ll do a better size comparison too once my new cover arrives as a few people have asked!
