Your commonplace book is so inspiring! I love how it works as a second brain, you basically have a record of everything in it! ❤ Thanks for sharing 😊

That’s a very accurate description of it! It’s like storage for my brain ahah, thanks for watching🤍

I highly recommend sterling ink travelers notebook size so that you can continue in that size. It’s exactly like the weeks. I believe there’s 2 layouts. One vertical and another horizontal. She’s having a preorder at this time until July 9. After that I’m unsure if she will actually carry stock. That’s for 2024 and she does have undated with stickers included for you to start it at any time. I understand about not wanting to write out the dates in the calendar setup. For myself, I create date stickers on my cricut.

Thank you for the recommendation, I’ve checked it out. I don’t think I will switch to it because it has way more blank pages than I really need and it might be a bit of a squeeze to fit it inside the cover alongside my commonplace (which I want to keep separate), also importing from the US is always super expensive😓
I think I’ll stick with the Hobonichi weeks for this upcoming year (v excited to see the cover options when they reveal them soon) but I’ll keep the Sterling ink one in mind for future years!🥰

Really enjoyed hearing you discuss what was/wasn’t working for your planner system! I had a lot of notebooks as well but I’m moving into a Filofax for a consolidated but flexible system for myself :)

You could always start over and get a larger page count TN insert from etsy from places like inkpressions and penguinpaperco, also I believe sterling ink just released a very big TN size journal that will fit in a travelers notebook, there's others too out there I know ❤ love your videos 😊

Thanks for the recs! I’ve checked them out but I’m not really sure something like that would work because I wouldn’t really end up using it in full (I don’t really plan on using too many of the blank pages, and I want to keep my commonplace separate), also, since I carry this around with me all the time I’m trying to keep the setup as light as possible ^^
I’ll definitely keep these in mind for future years though! Always good to have options🌷🤍

:) I love this - also when I saw that the hobonichi weeks fit inside the traveller’s notebook on your other video I knew that I wanted to try this for commonplace! Really appreciate the explanation and flip through! I think I’m going to use a cousin for memory keeping/ gratitude (basically so it’s positive lol because I’ve got a lot of mental health struggles so I want a separate more positive book!) and then use the traveller’s for brain dumps/ journals/ knowledge and interest and traditional commonplace stuff. Then the hobonichi weeks for plans/ goals and trackers. Idk I get so overwhelmed and then don’t end up doing anything and I usually like writing in bigger books but I’m more likely to carry this size around with me and I’m more likely to write in them when I’m out. Anyhoo random comment over!! Thank you again :) subscribed :)

No worries! I get them in packs of three from a brand called Wanderings, you can find them on Etsy (I believe the shop name is WanderersWay)
I really like the paper! I think it feels great, it’s a nice creamy colour and the grid is quite a light grey☕️

I looked for it yesterday and they had it(?) maybe it’s a different listing on the shop, otherwise I think you can find them from the same brand on Amazon too!
