Itachi take his Anbu mask to meet up with Danzo after he annihilated his clan and to Danzo surprise the Anbu wasn't Gozu but Itachi. Itachi then warn Danzo not to harm Sasuke or he'll leak the Intel of all the weak points to enemy villages like the Stone and Sand who hated Konoha at the time before using the body flicking jutsu and tele out of their with his crows. This warning scene was animated as it was the scene that Kakashi and Yamato was asking the third Hokage who really did this to the Uchiha before Danzo show up and say it was Itachi.

The Tsukuyomi will break on its own after a second, meaning they don't need to break it, but the victim will take a lot of mental non-physical damage. That's how it works.

Mangekyo is something that awakens when someone really close to them dies! Shisui and Itachi are best friends, but it doesn't mean he has to kill him. Killing is not a necessity as a person can die in any way whether it's a disease or accident. The trauma pushes a person to awaken Mangekyo.
5:50 - you need chakra from outside to get you out of a Genjutsu. Remember in the beginning of Shippuden as Naruto was caught into Itachis genjutsu? Mentally he asked "someone give me chakra!" and in the next moment you could see Lady Chiyo and Sakura standing next to him, having their hands on his shoulder to channel their chakra into Naruto. That got him out of it. The tailed beast lives inside Bee but he still has a unique chakra on his own, so he can free Bee from Genjutsu everytime. Basically if you´re in tune with your tailed beast no Jinchuriki can get genjutsued

Okay, the reason nagato died wasn't because he exaused his chakra, he died because he used rebirth jitsu which requires sacrifice of the caster just like chioba who sacrificed her life for Gaara. And the reason there were 6 pain excluding nagato was because the power of rinnegan is of madara not nagato so he had to divide it to fully control it and it helped him because of the number. Nw he can use einnegan power alone because he is reincarnated with unlimited chakra so he can control the rinnegan fine.
Itachi and Nagato are basically Naruto’s uncles or older brothers cuz Itachi is an Uchiha related to Sasuke and Nagato is an uzumaki kind of older than Itachi so Nagato would be the uncle
The manganko sharingan can be awakened by losing somebody that's close or an emotional situation. They don't tell you how shisui got his. was not really explained he probably lost somebody close before he met Itachi as for the eternal mankenkio sharingan. you just have to switch eyes with another sharingan user that has awakened the mungenkio sharingan I believe. it doesn't have to be a relative.
If you think that Itachi is a genius because he planned so far ahead. Its really the Kishimoto who is a genius, who created all of this. Also its a shame thats pretty weak and common animation was used for this episode instead of some high quality sakuga from like Yamashita or Kouda.
I totally get why Itachi is doing what he does here. But at the same time he tried to put Sasuke in a forever-Genjutsu, trying to save the village by ordering him to protect it. So he didn´t just made Sasukes past a mournful thing, he also was ready to completly control Sasukes feature through this Genjutsu. Itachi is fascinating and a GOAT, but the circumstances make him decide on a lot of morally wrong choices.
Back in the Pain arc Nagato had his powers split up in the pain bodies, however at any time he could have recalled all path of pain powers to himself. Since he is reanimated without his pain paths he has all of their powers at his disposal. Including the chakra absorption of that one pain and the ability to pull people's souls from their body. In my opinion Nagato with all the powers in his own body is one of the most powerful people in the entire naruto series
Also the fact he was handicapped because he was crippled Hanzo’s explosion, it’s nice that people actually find out how much of a threat Nagato was now that he’s reanimated with no limitations

Shisui is dead. He committed suicide after giving eye to Itachi. That's when Itachi unlocked his Mangekyou.
Most likely that happened but the anime at least makes it sound like shisui went into hiding rather than commit suicide..

Sasuke cant use Tsukuyomi though. Its only Itachi's ability. It was a simple genjutsu he used on Bee.

Mangekyo is something that awakens when someone really close to them dies! Shisui and Itachi are best friends, but it doesn't mean he has to kill him. Killing is not a necessity as a person can die in any way whether it's a disease or accident. The trauma pushes a person to awaken Mangekyo.
It doesn't need to be best friend to activate Mangekyou btw. Something about feeling pain out of love . . . Pain for losing a family/friend etc.

5:50 - you need chakra from outside to get you out of a Genjutsu. Remember in the beginning of Shippuden as Naruto was caught into Itachis genjutsu? Mentally he asked "someone give me chakra!" and in the next moment you could see Lady Chiyo and Sakura standing next to him, having their hands on his shoulder to channel their chakra into Naruto. That got him out of it.
The tailed beast lives inside Bee but he still has a unique chakra on his own, so he can free Bee from Genjutsu everytime. Basically if you´re in tune with your tailed beast no Jinchuriki can get genjutsued

Okay, the reason nagato died wasn't because he exaused his chakra, he died because he used rebirth jitsu which requires sacrifice of the caster just like chioba who sacrificed her life for Gaara. And the reason there were 6 pain excluding nagato was because the power of rinnegan is of madara not nagato so he had to divide it to fully control it and it helped him because of the number. Nw he can use einnegan power alone because he is reincarnated with unlimited chakra so he can control the rinnegan fine.

They don't tell you how shisui got his. was not really explained he probably lost somebody close before he met Itachi as for the eternal mankenkio sharingan. you just have to switch eyes with another sharingan user that has awakened the mungenkio sharingan I believe. it doesn't have to be a relative.

Also its a shame thats pretty weak and common animation was used for this episode instead of some high quality sakuga from like Yamashita or Kouda.
I totally get why Itachi is doing what he does here. But at the same time he tried to put Sasuke in a forever-Genjutsu, trying to save the village by ordering him to protect it.
So he didn´t just made Sasukes past a mournful thing, he also was ready to completly control Sasukes feature through this Genjutsu.
Itachi is fascinating and a GOAT, but the circumstances make him decide on a lot of morally wrong choices.

Back in the Pain arc Nagato had his powers split up in the pain bodies, however at any time he could have recalled all path of pain powers to himself. Since he is reanimated without his pain paths he has all of their powers at his disposal. Including the chakra absorption of that one pain and the ability to pull people's souls from their body. In my opinion Nagato with all the powers in his own body is one of the most powerful people in the entire naruto series
Also the fact he was handicapped because he was crippled Hanzo’s explosion, it’s nice that people actually find out how much of a threat Nagato was now that he’s reanimated with no limitations
