- The adorable, round, puppy-like eyes of lil Kiley always seem to be begging for attention and sympathy. Though his antics may have caused the most tantrum dramas in 2022, it's hard not to be drawn in by those pleading eyes. But it's time for our little one to learn to manage his emotions and behavior. This journey will require new tactics and patience from mum Gypsy. It's time for her to see it through and help lil Kiley learn the skills he needs to survive.

This is the first time I have EVER seen Gypsy so tolerant!
It seems to me that any child of Gypsy's has every right to whine. Not one of them was ever pampered in any way.
He is the cutest monkey with those big ears

@@jacquelineaviles4662 Oh, the begging and the crying and the tantrums and the physical attacks. I do not miss those from my stepson. He's autistic and developmentally delayed, and when he was told no as a toddler it would go from "Peease, Mom, peese" to crying to screams to trying to break things, flipping the lights on and off, trying to hurt himself by slapping his own face and trying to shut doors on his hands, to attacking me, hitting, biting, kicking, throwing things at me...but I would go through it all again if need be. He's an awesome young man now.

This is the Channel that showed me Rhesus Macaques, while wired to fight, can be quite civil and charismatic monkeys. It took me a while to find out that the Cambodian and many south east populations typically display abnormal behaviors and more aggression due to be too close to humans. On the other hand, It seems like the Monkey hill population is more calm and less aggressive. I think it’s because they’re only around people at most, 40% of the time, as Humans have to make an effort to see them. I think that’s the healthiest the relationship can be between Monkeys and human.

Good evening Monkey Hill viewers & family! Thank for the 2 part episode on Kylie. Just a shame that Kylie disappeared. Just wonder what caused the last 5 of Gypsy's babied not to make it to adulthood. Got to be rough on Gypsy. Kylie was definitely clever about getting mom to let him get back to the milk bar. R.I.P. Still not as bad as poor old Sweetpea at Ankor. I don't think he was ever really weaned. He always tried to sneak milk, not just from Mom, but other nursing females as well. He still threw tantrums over milk as an adult. People hated him for it. I didn't, because poor Sweetpea was abused and harassed by VOs from the day he was born because of his unique honking cry.
Honestly i think sweetpea was disabled in some way. He never developed normally and its almost like they just knew and accepted that. Until humans came along
@@Trivialexample Especially our lovely Kunty. Carrying him around until she found a higher ranking monkey and only then feeding Sweetpea so he would be attacked. SAing him and other monkeys, cuddling him in her lap and secretly (so she thought) pinching him so he would scream.
@@Trivialexampleagree. sweet pea in my opinion had infantilism and his mom sensed it tolerated because he was special needs. horrible life- i blame the video guys- feeding him to keep him in the videos. shameful

Lil Gerry’s thinking what the heck is this guys problem? Good thing peer pressure isn’t a thing for babies. Does Gypsy just not know how to deal with this? She’s usually much more ahead of the game. Are there monkey child psychologists?
Is it just me! Seems as if Gypsy actually is eating the hair/fur even when she groom others, maybe this is normal behavior, however I’ve only ever paid attention bcuz of this interesting story

Any idea what happened to him? Is there any chance that Kailey and Kiley both ended up attaching to other troops somewhere? They both learned to make it with others very well!
Kiley was far too young to normally leave his natal troop. Kailey would probably have never left, considering that almost all females stay with their mothers for life -- also, she had a good thing going with Grandee and the other girls just then.
@@smac4310 I hear what you are saying, it just seemed like Kiley stayed away for months at at time when he was younger than when he disappeared. Maybe he was forming g relationships other places, just wondering….

We've seen this before and its nice for a quick clip. But I'd prefer current story. Gypsy created the insecurity she leave each time he would play. He was terrified he'd be lost. But this was long ago. I would love to see the 2024 babies. We've waited days. I've searched all over to see more on them

Kiley may have a bit of Autism or OCD or something like that. He reminds me a TINY bit of SweetPea, but no monkey will EVER be like SweetPea. That monkey was so aweful at times. His mom Popeye did not help matters either.
Haha…I absolutely loved sweet pea. Of course not the nursing part but his antics, he would make me laugh in every video he was in….he was hilarious to watch. Don’t be so hard on him, I don’t think his elevator went all the way up. Something definitely wasn’t right with him nor his momma.

Joanna has literally turned into the new sweet pea and it’s terrible. But Jane doesn’t help the matter. She bite one minute and nurse the next. Unfortunately we can’t look forward to Jane weaning anyone she’s never weaned none of her offsprings.
Gypsy know her children as mom maybe she suspected Kiley was a little special so she was tolerating him more with access milk bar, she knew when to crack down 😅
You know…I wonder. Did Krissy take Kidy and not give him back. She saw her sister give birth and maybe was jealous. 🤔

There's no proof Kiley died, just he grew up and left his family like so many males have to, maybe one day he will show up , he may just be , a very independent monkey .something we hope for with all the lads, just because he's not with dopey, does not mean he's dead. Keiley may have just grown up .

totally agree, they say when males reach the age of 2...they either wander off to find their own or another troop as the alpha male will not have him around to produce babies ... so if thats true , maybe kiley is out there on his own
Gispsy is a very unique female, I like her face, her hairdo, her tongue...and her grooming style😂😂😂😂😂. Es muy bruta😂😂😂😂. Kylie was a showman😂😂😂. Thanks God, Kneely is a very sweet mother with handsome Kelly❤.

Because he wants to nurse, suckle. She was only letting him use her as a pacy there at the end.
hes such a cutie for sure, im not sure i agree with u ... that he wasnt getting milk just needed the pacifier , but i think as long as they suckle mom continues to produce milk , ive seen this with the long tail monkeys ... so im not sure i think if they didnt get milk they would stop ... but its just my opinion

Poor Gypsy and the babies she lost. I wonder if she was higher ranking if her babies would have had better chances of surviving? I don't know if higher or low ranking can help or hender the babies
Well yeah the higher the rank, the more plentiful food is. So yeah I think most higher ups have a better chance at survival, no doubt. Higher ups usually don’t aren’t forced to search for food in other monkey troops territories which is probably what happened to a few of Gypsy’s missing toddlers. Shes low in rank, I believe Mr. AM said she is THE LOWEST in her troop so her young would be the same rank as she is.
She’s not there for her babies as protection the majority of time like most momma monkeys are for their young, which is so sad. If she was higher rank, she probably wouldn’t have to leave her babies all the time to go forage in unknown territories herself.
Of course he is refusing to grow up. He never was cared for by his mom since he was 2 weeks old. He hungers for the love and care he missed as a infant. Gypsy has pushed him away from her breast at a time when he should of been at her breast constantly. He spent most of he babyhood looking for his mom as she always left him with his sister. Human babies cling to their moms if treated this way.
I think of babies like Kiley and Scooby as special needs babies. They're simply not capable of independent living without the emotional support of their mums. To to ones like Kiley, even a bad mum is better than no mum at all. Can you imagine how they would have coped after being banished from their natal troop? It would've ended very badly, and likely violently, for them. 😢
Gypsy's sons Knotty, Knitty, and Kody have all been living comfortably with Dopey's boy band for quite awhile now.
@@smac4310 yes, I know, but they weren't as clingy and needy as Kiley and Scooby.
@@hollisblinn7910 I don't think Kiley was especially needy or clingy; he wanted what all babies want. I think Scooby had issues but a normal mother. Kiley was a normal baby but his mum had issues.

I am so confused. This video describes Kylie is being overwhelming and just a bad kid or something. Gypsy not a good mother to start with. For example, there are a lot of baby monkeys that don’t want to let go of the milk bar, but their mother doesn’t pluck all the hair out of their body from the head all the way down to the butt. His mother gypsy is a mean, self-centered monkey, and I believe this is a reason why he disappeared.
You must be new. Gypsy is at the bottom of the troop. She has good years and bad years. When food is plenty she took care of her kids best as she could but when bad years happen she can't afford to feed herself. These monkeys are far more different than the Cambodian monkeys. These monkeys don't get feed every day except when covid came along and everyone fed them. Look back at Gypsy's children

I am starting to think this might have something to do with her keeping her distance as much as she can because she knows they are probably going to die. The babies she didn’t suckle so much and some of the babies she really did look after it doesn’t matter they are going to die on her. It’s just a little maybe. ❤️❤️

The babies are completely and perfectly able to survive and be healthy as can be at about 3 months. This is demonstrated time and time again over the years and across the troops.
