Painting has been my favourite Colosseum segment for a while but this was still a big improvement on last year. Getting rid of the non-brush item incentive and making the blindfold more expensive really helped avoid the cringe feeling where the chat forces Stephen to undo what he's achieved (last year I remember Josh had to start ignoring incentives so they could finish). Having two painters and the swap incentive was a brilliant replacement and added something new and interesting. Great work!

So one block i've been incredibly happy to see return every single year is the art block! I love it! it always ends up in complete chaos! I really love the dynamic of Josh who knows nothing about paint, Stephen who knows enough but not allot, and Mal being the only competent person on stage who can't actually do anything unless donations allow her to! It is always fun every year to see what kind of mess ends up getting painted, and if we can actually tell what the heck it even is by the time we are through. I had to miss coliseum this year so i haven't quite seen the segment yet and I'm very excited to get to sit down and see what I missed, but given the fact that Stephen and Josh are BOTH painting this year I can only assume this segment went fabulously, I can't wait!

1:03:30 WHAT THE HECK they're actually playing Blowin' in the Wind, I thought I was like the only person who even knows that song and where it comes from! That song has weird sentimental value to me, I wrote my own English translation of it. Man, didn't expect to cry while watching this...
Josh and Georg attempt to paint smash bros stages. Sure, chat will obviously be trying to impede their progress, as chat is want to do, but at least they can call in Mal... of course when chat wants them to do so. Bizzard the Wizard and the Kirbpokefloats
I know it’s been a long time since the event but I can say I have Pokefloats and it’s definitely some artwork of all time. It definitely generates some conversation!
@@jeradturner2529 They've been better for weeks; this was all filmed at the beginning of the month and Emile was pretty much better by the end of Colosseum.
50:00 Stephen's slow face turn in terror when the High Heel Gang donated.

I'd say it's addition divided by one factor: Incentives

How do you undo paint? And have all these segments been the same every year other than the games?

Being there when 50:00 happened is still a memory of the event I love, such a fantastic moment XD
Stephen turning the entire easel 😂

Annual reminder that Stephen never did confirm what Mario Kart course that was last year.
Clearly it was from the Murder Gym Cup.

Real shame they didn't do the Brinstar Depths that's main gimmick is that it rotates.
"Disclaimer: No soda cans were harmed/polluted in the painting of this segment.
No, really. We kept them FAR away from the set this time."
This is one of my favorite segments. I would also love to watch mal paint full time as well
Brinstar is my favorite place in Pokemon.
My favorite Pokémon place is Colony 6.
My favorite Pokemon place is Green Hill Zone.

Anyone else besides me thought of the Trogdor song right after Stephen said Trogdor's name?
1:16:21 Tom’s vlog moment
Shoot, forgot to pun this earlier, don't *paint* me as ignorant or anything for not doing so sooner.
What happened to Tim and emile?
They couldn't go because Tim tested positive for the 'rona days before the event. Emile lives Tim and tested positive shortly after Tim.
They had COVID and couldn't come
That's too bad hope the y both get better soon. Thanks everyone for the update.
