lucky foot gives you better luck with machines such as slot machines, and makes pills better (i think.)
ghost pepper shoots a white flame based on luck while your shooting
white hearts are called eternal hearts, collect two eternal hearts or go to the next floor with an eternal heart and you gain a red heart container
7:25 its called a golden key, its basically a skeleton like you said, it lasts for the entire floor
dead bird attacks a random enemy (i think) when you take damage
the sun card full heals AND reveals the map except for super secret
