Watching this reminds me of what my late grandfather used to say when I was young: "When I was a little girl..." and he'd proceed to tell me a story of when he was a kid. It was a joke, maybe to make his youngest granddaughter feel closer to her very old grandfather but I can't help but think of him saying that when I watch trans people's videos.
@MandyJo717 yes she does. i'll remind her to check it - a lot has been going on in the family + the holidays, so that could be why. she just mentioned to me earlier in the week about having a few email conversations going on, so i'm sure she still checks it.

Tbh i told my mom that i think i 'might' be transgender and want her to approve me to go to the therapy but she end up screaming on my face and kick me out from the house(i live with my aunt now), i am so glad you are happy now and have a loving mom like her

You should do it gently. Ive never personally gone through it but if your parents know that this is really what you want then they should be ok. It might take them some getting used to and give them time to be angry , upset etc. You are their child and they should acept you for you and what you want to be! It might be scary but if it scares you to say something then say it fast and feel relieved after! Its better than living in a body you hate. im sorry if i wasnt helpful i havnt gone through it

I came out to my mom as being trans and she started crying and blaming herself and she slapped me and left. 0_0 Then she came back an hour later and said that my doctor called and said I had a VERY high level of testosterone for a girl so my mom set up an appointment for me to be put on female hormones but I've been planning to get on T for years....How can I talk her out of it? I've tried so many things. T_T
I have a question...will you have to continue taking testosterone for the rest of your life, or is it a sort of step thing that once you achieve the desired result you're good to go?
