- Can't escape from crossing fate! An introduction to Adachi (P4AU), one of the latest fighters to be added in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle 2.0.
The BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle “Ver. 2.0 Expansion Pack” will be released on November, 21 2019 for $24.99 USD and adds 9 new fighters to the roster:
Yumi (Senran Kagura Estival Versus),
Neo Politan (RWBY),
Akatsuki (Akatsuki Blitzkampf)
Blitztank (Akatsuki Blitzkampf)
Celica (BlazBlue)
Elizabeth (P4A)
Adachi (P4AU)
Hilda (Under Night In-Birth)
Susanoo (BlazBlue)
Version 2.0 also features a brand new scenario, new character interactions and colors.
Also, the “Ver. 2.0 patch” will be released as a free balance adjustment for all users of BBTAG, so you can still play against 2.0 characters without the Ver. 2.0 Expansion Pack.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is available now on the Sony PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam for PC.

Y'know why I bought BlazBlue? So I could play as Adachi... That's all. You'd be surprised how many are like that.
I definitely play it more with Adachi than I do Smash Ultimate with Joker.

I really get the feeling adachi is gonna be top tier, especially considering how many of his distortions were turned into regular specials
Like that full screen Ziodyne is gonna be hell to deal with if used properly
Edit: and keeping his heat raiser buff is gonna be a million times easier now that he has an assist to back him up for extra defense
Actually in persona 4 ultimax the adachi's ziodyne is a normal
Yeah Ziodyne was 5D. Finna enough though, that homing attack they show off was a normal, his 2D and now here its an EX attack lol.
But the other moves rhat were supers in Ultimax are now just specials. But they are necessary for him to activate his buff.

Don't get me wrong, I love Elizabeth and Adachi but It could've been Saki or Asuka, even though I know nothing about them
By reusing akatsuki they can kill 2 birds by having him both represent blitzkampf and Uni.

David Sanz I got this game partly for the same reason, and cross tag also got me into unist, too. It’s a fighting game so it has a lot of replay value. I have it on switch so I can play it anywhere, but 2.0 is gonna make me want to get it for ps4 as well. To conclude, I think you should get it bc you might learn to love the other characters as you play

I would get it, I got it for persona 4 characters, but I got into unist and blazblue because of this game. You will definitely find characters you like outside of the persona franchise

I wouldn't worry about him being bad. With the amount of pressure he can keep on someone regardless of where they are on a screen, he'll be a great character to play as.
