    I liked how you explain and show in detail of what to do. I have a magna and I no idea about motorcycle maintenance. Thank you. 🙂

    Greetings James
    Just one thing, dunno if you just forgot but let's not forget to change the sub air filter located under leftside dummy crome sidecover. Often overlooked but just as important. Great job keep content coming love magna videos. Best wishes for holidays to yourself and family.

    Nice of honda to make it one 50 dollar unit as opposed to a small replaceable air filter inside the box...

    On my 94 Magna, the seat bolts are 13mm (2) and 12mm (1). My bike doesn't have a rubber grommet. Not sure if it's something extra that Honda added on yours or not. Also, if only changing Spark plugs you don't have to remove the airbox. I was able to change my rear plugs with just a swivel, extension, plug socket, and ratchet. On the front, I removed the lower radiator bolts so that I could swing the bottom of the radiator out to get my hand and tools in there. It was fairly quick for me. I'm actually working on a Video Response about the seat bolts. I comment the link when I get it uploaded.

      I tried by removing radiator bolts but wasn’t able to get any movement out of it

    You v
    Can do the spark plugs with out removing the tank you can get the back ones with a universal 5/8s spark plug socket with small extension
    Than tak the 4 bolts out of rad support take.rad off and pull back far enough to get to front plugs

    My magna still has all the tools that came with the bike and it has a spark plug puller with a 10mm head on it way easier. Pulled and replaced in less then 20 mins.

      Yea, they are pretty easy to change. Unfortunately I don’t have the original tool kit

      I’m not sure why the audio was so quiet and I don’t have the software to turn it up. I turned the music down as much as I could to even it out. The problem with music on TH-cam is copyrights. I can’t use any mainstream music because I would get copyright strikes, so I’m stuck with using only certain music. My apologies and I will try to improve in the future. Thank you for the feedback

      It seems that way. I’ll tone down the music and I’m looking at getting a mic that pins on the shirt so I’ve always got good audio

    Buenas , James tengo una pregunta, tengo una magna del 94 y la compré , y no funciona el cuentarrevoluciones o tacómetros bajo tu experiencia , me puede decir usted que puede ser , el cuenta revoluciones lo conecto a la batería directo y funciona , pero luego lo coloco arrancó la moto y no hace nada , no se de dónde viene el fallo , estoy algo jodido por qué ,aquí los mecánicos de España de momento no tengo suerte con ellos y no me solucionan nada , gracias saludos

    Hello, I have a James 98 model 1 Honda Magnum. After the air filter and 4 spark plugs are changed at the Honda service, the motorcycle does not eat gas until it reaches 4000 or 5000 rpm. What do you think is the problem?

    • @umitsayan3032
      @umitsayan3032 ปีที่แล้ว

      I live in Turkey and I don't know English. I write these thanks to Google translator.

    • @umitsayan3032
      @umitsayan3032 ปีที่แล้ว

      At the service, they said it was from the exhaust, so I said I didn't have a problem until I came to the service. The exhausts are original, but there is very little operation, the mufflers are in it.

    • @umitsayan3032
      @umitsayan3032 ปีที่แล้ว

      In another service, they learn that you did this because the vacuum pumps have hardened over time, then put a very thin sponge in front of the air filter and it seemed to heal a little.

    • @umitsayan3032
      @umitsayan3032 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is very annoying to have such a problem in my engine because the Honda service I went to is the best service in Turkey, ydy, I would be very happy if you could help.🙏

      Let me tell you before I forget that the engine is 1998 model and is very clean at 47000 kilometers.

      They are just cheap drag specialties highway pegs. You can find them for less than $30
