HI! Montgomery, Pooler, and Georgetown look to be a good distance from downtown for me. Whish has the less risks in terms of flooding? ALso which areas might rent better if he have to rent one day? Budget is about 200K looking for fixer upper (good structure, only cosmetic work). thanks

Nobody wants to live in “meth” ingham county. Richmond Hill is way over priced. Pooler is growing a lot and Costco just opened. Also I’m glad you didn’t mention my little community, I want to keep it a secret and small….lol
