  • As paramedics, Marcus Müller and Tobias Filler, who work in Offenbach, are there for anyone who is injured and needs help. But their dream job is turning into a nightmare.
    The paramedics at the Workers' Samaritan Federation in Offenbach have all experienced some form of violence while on duty in recent years. Insults are commonplace. They’re often spat at, hit or even threatened with knives. It’s a complicated situation. They can’t defend themselves and if they leave, they could be accused of failing to provide assistance. DW accompanied Marcus Müller and Tobias Filler on a nightshift. A report by Nele Dehnenkamp.

    It's similar issues all over the world. Nurses, emergency response employees, etc are treated with disrespect. People think they can behave however they like because they feel they are victims. Needs an international law to protect these workers.

    The lesson: we must preserve our health and stay away from any type of crime or disturbances. If one does not, then your freedom and life will come into the power of hell and all its employees, whose aim is to sedate, imprison, and torture you. Thus, ones health and ethical conduct will determine whether one goes to hell (jail, hospital, graveyard).

    Moral of this story: Pot smokers are mellow and cooperative, whereas drinkers/druggies are combative and angry. Hmmm, wonder if law-enforcement as well as medical assist is making the connection? Seems a no-brainer to me. No black eyes, no deadly car wrecks, no hang overs, no domestic violence. Pot vs alcohol/drugs? Pot for me.

      You have to study 3 years on a certified Emergency Medicine School to become a Paramedic in Germany. In Germany Paramedics are called Notfallsanitäter. There are two different types of professions. The Rettungssanitäter (3 month to study) similar to EMT Basic level and the Notfallsanitäter (3 years to study) which is similar to a critical care Paramedic. In most areas an ambulance team consists of one Notfallsanitäter (who treats the pt.) and one Rettungssanitäter (who drives the Ambulance and assists the Notfallsanitäter on scene).

    • @kaiso7322
      @kaiso7322 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maybe a solution for Phoenix, but as far as it concerns germany, this wouldn't be possible for a lot of legal issues. There are some vital laws colliding with each other, namely the duty of an officer to investigate and the duty of a healthcare provider to keep secrecy about the conversation with his patient.

    Turkish medical doctors, paramedics specialists earn as monthly wage netto 1000 euros per month, with no perks. Turkish medical doctors pension wages are between 600 euros to 850 euros per month according to their longevity of tenures and capabilities as surgeons and harshness of their productivity and workloads. Whenever the ex Head of Turkey Turgut Ozal had died, Turkish paramedics had arrived to his scene with very old, outdated ambulances, his lawyer that we know intimately told us and to the public in the beginning of 1990's. Turkish people mainly have complete 3rd world mentality and Iqs. Current population of Turkey is 82 million, lots of modern , contemporary ambulances are available in large cities of Turkey with paramedics and brand new hospitals have been erected, but literacy rates are always low among turks. There are 22 million blue and white collar turkish workers and 13 million turkish pensioners living in Turkey. 220 Turkish and Northern Cyprus Universities are available to get more than 1.5 million turks into the universities, only 11 of those total universities give english, german language medium of instructions in their university courses. In all throughout Turkey, 130.000 medical doctors and dentist have been currently working. There are 90.000 large and medium sized mosques with 5 times prayings at very high volumes which can beat all decibel movements in the country which make people blurry, not confidant with their lives, at pychologically demoralizing types, nobody want to go and pray inside those mosques , only on Fridays.
