  • Everybody and their brother are making planter videos these days. This isn't a how to, but how I followed the plans from another TH-camr to make this beautiful cedar 3 fence picket planter.
Get the plans & measurements from ‪@MatthewPeechWoodworking‬

I watch a lot of TH-cam. I always find myself trying to measure my skills to those shown in maker videos. In my head I don’t think I could ever do it. Until I try it for myself! Don't measure your skills to others, but measure where you are to where you want to be, and grow!
This simple planter, with a few angles is a rewarding project to test your skills.
Plus, it’s never too early to start making items to sell for springtime gardeners & planters.
Please. like, comment & share this video!
    Beauty shots at the end.

    NO MUSIC.
Audio drops out for about a minute when I’m nailing the 2 sides together. My compressor kicked on and it’s way too loud for the video.

Coop, what length brad or pin nails are you using?

The cedar pickets were 5/8 thick, so combined would be 1.25. I used 1 inch brad nails to avoid blowout.
      Thanks for watching!!
