Honestly if he did, a lot of Panteras albums would have bass and guitar harmonies along with lots of guitar arpeggios. Cliff was pretty known for writing harmonic guitar/bass parts. A lot of the bass lines and guitar riffs on kill em all and ride the lightning are like that.
