One more time guys just in case you missed it, his headache rack is custom made. His wiring is internal, its custom made so that no wires protrude past the x and y axes cause they're internal. The wires are inside. Its custom made.
very nice very nice and part of the Ford squad aswell, all I really need is side surface mounts and a control box for all my lighting and ill be good to go, I love feniex lighting accessories!
Gus Ruggiero thanks! I used a RAM pod 18” flexible arm and socket. Part number RAM-B-316-1U. Then used a RAM Ball on the back of the 4200. Mounted the arm to the front inner seat mounting bolt.
Not sure if your ever going to see this or Maybe you already fixed it, but the fusion LP bracket is mounted wrong. The piece that goes across the top of the plate should be behind it and the plate slides in between. Your probably down care but just letting you know.
Anthony Capua hey thanks for the comment. It was fixed a while back. When I first installed everything the license plate frame was too wide to fit in between the fusion LP bracket. I prefer the finished look of a plate frame over punched edges, so I got a narrower plate frame and got it installed correctly. Good catch though!
Very nice! I especially like the Magnum rack you have. I am thinking about putting one on my truck. How do you like it and by chance do you have any more pictures/videos of the rack?
Thanks! I documented the build process on FTE forum, and there are some photos/videos mixed in on my Instagram page @mannmadeinma www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1437486-custom-magnum-headache-rack-build.html
Sam Lev it is a combination of both optics - the “spot” optics for a good longer distance punch straight ahead and the “flood” optics on the outside edges to spread the light out to the sides.
Liam Pattison Photography thank you! I plow with the truck and I will occasionally do some lighting upfit work through my buddy's truck shop so this also serves as a "here's what I can do to your truck" demonstration.
Very nice set up. I especially like the magnum rack you have everything mounted to. I'm thinking about getting the same rack. How do you like it? Any more pictures of it on the truck?
anthony sanchez it's very bright. I like it a lot for the multiple functions. Look out for an updated version of this bar from SNM though - should be replacing it with their new modules which are flood/spot optics in one module. Plus each module in the E66 and similar will be field replaceable. Should be some nice upgrades.
Anthony Manzo very minimal. The visor is model specific, so this one is contoured for this cab/windshield. Feniex also includes some rubber edge gasket to help "seal" it against the windshield. This eliminates 99% of flashback against the glass.
How do you like the fusion interior light bar. Is there any flash back off the windshield . I’m 6’4” and wondering if the the bar would hang to low for me to do.
Lucas D'Angelo Thanks for the info. Been looking at getting this since I got got a new 2017 f-250. Emailed FENIEX and ultrabrightlightz f they had any pics which they didn’t of one installed. Then came across your vid which helped and the info you just gave.
Lucas D'Angelo That would be great also. How was running the wires. Did you take the a pillar cover off to run or did you tuck them under it. Also does the light affect the sun visor when it is needed.
Lucas D'Angelo Is there a place where you can post pics to that I can see. I looked to see how to send you my email via private message can’t find the way to do it.
Mann Made in MA great work! Does the Feniex 4200 make it easy to synchronized the lights together? I seems like you just wire the lights directly to the control panel then step it up with the feniex software
Thanks! The 4200 doesn't necessarily sync the lights. Each light that I want to have synchronized - the Lions in the grill, Cannons in tails and Fusions on the license plate must be set to the same pattern and then connected with their sync wire. The four rear facing Feniex lights are all connected and synchronized and the pair of Lions in the grill are synched. What the controller does is allow you to connect each individual light to the unit and then program how you want each light to function. If you want a button for each light, you can do that. If you want one click of the slide switch to be all warning and the next click to be all flood, you can do that. The 4200 does have a built in flasher (wig wag) if you want to connect high beams or brake lights to it, but I did not use those outputs.
There's a guy down below that said DeSantis Garage in Ware was doing an install on his truck. Strobes N More in RI is also a good option. All the big truck upfit companies do it as well.
Since when do roadside workers need a power air horn? Plus you had some exposed wires laying on the wood near the 4200 relay under the seat. Your truck could burst into flames in a heart beat! Plus I'm pretty sure that the whelen air horn is illegal in MA.
Casper 24 I'm just messing around. I'd personally look into a feniex 2x dashlight. Just incase you need to see at night on the side of the road but you need a little more orange on the front of the vehicle. I'm not sure if the feniex visor lights only have half takedown since I have code 3 in my POV but if they don't I'd grab a feniex 2x dashlight in orange, just for more visibility. Looks good!
ThatStrobe LightGuy not nearly $10k. I plow with the truck and it also serves as a demo for folks interested in getting an installation of their own done. Thanks for watching!
Just two words... "Holy Crap"!!! Nicely done
Very nice clean install
This video made me buy the feniex fusion interior light bar

ronniefaisstfan687 awesome! Feniex 4200 mini might be perfect for that!
Would love to see this lit up at night! Was think about getting the atom rocker panel lights for my crown Victoria
The Atoms seem great so far, good quality and nice mounting options. I'll shoot a quick walk around video tonight of all the lights on.
Great video
It's so beautiful!!!!
Awesome Setup! What did you use to mount the Feniex 4200?
Gus Ruggiero thanks! I used a RAM pod 18” flexible arm and socket. Part number RAM-B-316-1U. Then used a RAM Ball on the back of the 4200. Mounted the arm to the front inner seat mounting bolt.
@@MannMadeinMA what ball and how did you affix it to the 4200?
Thanks
What size firestik is that because i currently have the 4 foot and i want to go smaller because its way to big
niko stathopoulos I believe it’s a 36”

nice setup
Do you have a video of the Atom Rocker Panel LEDs doing steady burn white? Thanks
Could you tap into the atoms where it would be a stead white when doors are open?
How long did that take you to set up, or did you take it to a pro shop to have it installed?
Did you chose the wide or narrow angle for the fusion visor bar, and why?
Sam Lev it is a combination of both optics - the “spot” optics for a good longer distance punch straight ahead and the “flood” optics on the outside edges to spread the light out to the sides.
That fusion was bright as heck. Does the fusion lights near the plate go to steady white when backing up??
Yes it does, the fusions on the plate and the cannons in the tails go steady white.
What kind of running boards you have
They are just OEM ford boards.
When you put the running board lights on did you use the supplied brackets?
Anthony Manzo not for mounting. I drilled holes in the running board mounts and used the supplied 1/4” bolts.
Nice looking setup. I love seeing people's personal set ups like this. What's your main use for them?
Liam Pattison Photography thank you! I plow with the truck and I will occasionally do some lighting upfit work through my buddy's truck shop so this also serves as a "here's what I can do to your truck" demonstration.

Charles Porter sorry to reply a year late...plenty of photos and videos on my Instagram - instagram.com/mannmadeinma
Is the visor bar 40 degree or 180 degree optics?
Joseph Andres the outside modules on each side are 180° and the rest are 40° modules.
Cool thanks!
Hey how bright and good is the strobes and more e66
anthony sanchez it's very bright. I like it a lot for the multiple functions. Lucas D'Angelo
That’s for the pics helped a lot with knowing what looks like and how the brackets are.
Any chance you can send me pics of the mounting for a Super Duty?
Where did you special order that back rack with just the break lights that would fit the E66 light bar?
I designed it up and had it custom built from Magnum MFG in Maine.
Video is up on my you tube channel Rich The Tactical Plumber is my channel
Where did you get this installed?
I did the install myself.

Gotcha, was looking into installing a system like this in my truck, hard to find companies in mass that do this.
There's a guy down below that said DeSantis Garage in Ware was doing an install on his truck. Strobes N More in RI is also a good option. All the big truck upfit companies do it as well.
What is the truck used for?
Where are u located I’m looking to do something similar I’m from Massachusetts too ???
I'm on the eastern MA/NH line
Truck is being done today at DeSantis Garage in Ware, Ma they are installing all Strobes n More lights I will be doing a video once it’s done !!!
Rich The Tactical Plumber nice! Be sure to update here I'd love to take a look!
