Well, small for what you pay per square meter at least! Originally they where 2 rooms and a kitchen most of them

Skön Gamla Enskede. This makes me really happy, tack så mycket min vän 💙💛
Oh, that’s a complicated word for a beginner! Swedish lesson of the day: Skön can be used as 1. Beautiful ( then slightly old fashioned) 2. A good feeling (most common use) 3. Related to 2, a describing word for relaxed, almost groovy. So, either: Skönt, gamla Enskede (oh good/ that’s nice, Gamla Enskede) or “Sköna Gamla Enskede ” (beautiful/ good old Enskede “. If you want to imply it’s a very relaxed place. Possibly some pot involved you would also say “Sköna” but with different intonation!

Vad kul att du hittade videon! Ja, väldigt vackert och trevligt i gamla Enskede, och du har rätt i att det nog inte är många hus som fortfarande har den lite modesta storleken 2-3 rum och kök. Men ändå nätta jämfört med hus i dyra områden tycker jag. Sympatiskt nog.

You know you should do this more often. I mean filming away from the crowds. The first video I have seen from you was a youtube recommendation. It was in Are, Sweden. I still have it as a bookmark. There's something about the calmness of that video which is very similar to this one. It feels like I am the one walking.

You can leave the scooters almost anywhere. People go around gathering them for loading. The app tells you if you’re in a no parking zone and you get some kind of slap on the wrist for that. But the app doesn’t see if you leave it nice and tucked out of the way it just laying about unfortunately. Fun fact: the company I’ve tried makes you do a reaction test before unlocking a scooter on weekend nights. If you fail you get the option to call a cab

Well, most of them have probably been extended to as much as planning permission allows. Still, they’re rather small with small gardens compared to suburbs of the same kind further from Stockholm

Yes. I’m not good at house prices, but a quick look at the prices of the area says 12-15 million crowns for a 5 room house (+ kitchen). 15 million Swedish crowns is about 1,4 million dollars
