With school and work I haven’t had a chance to really look at prospects, and when I got off work today and saw how mad Hornets fans were I had to see what was up. And I literally see nothing wrong with this pick, he’s extremely young, a knockdown shooter, decent finisher, solid defender, and his motor is insane from what I’ve seen. Could definitely be the steal of the draft. Where was this footage before the draft lol ? I follow Int’l prospects and I hadn’t heard of this kid. He’s 6’9, he could get stronger but he already has an NBA ready body, long ass arms, good ball handling and deadly shooting. The Hornets knew something most of us didn’t. He looks like a franchise cornerstone. If Melo, Miller, Bridges, and Williams stay healthy, with this kid the Hornets could be a problem.
Underdeveloped on-ball skills. No nuance to his dribbling and creativity. Just a spread shooter and cutter. His ceiling is Rashard Lewis. His floor is Chris Boucher.
