    A pity there isn't any info on the particular beaches; for instance, Hallett Cove is the remnant of a glacier; the holes in the cliff face at Pt Willunga used to house fishing boats; Maslins Beach was the first official "natural" (ie nude) bathing beach in Australia. etc

      Like many other Australian beaches, there are the occasional shark spotting off Adelaide coast. Unless you are swimming far off the coast, you should be generally ok.

      There are always sharks in the ocean. In the summer months, there are regular spotter helicopters cruising above, so you will be safe if swimming. They will alert swimmers to the presence of a shark, should they see one.

    Maslins beach is the best beach in South Australia. Not No 2. Maslins beach is No 1.
