Changing the numbers of longitudinal bars in 2 and 3 direction will affect area of reinforcement, options which are below clear cover option in column defined. If we clicked on reinforcement to be designed option.

U r locating all columns at c g .
Where as actually it will be at sm edge. Not on c g ..guide the correct method to position col in etabs.
