I appreciate how Elenna doesn't just immediately know how to fight upon using her abilities for the first two times, unlike other cybernetic warriors in other Dojo Duels who seem to automatically become skilled badasses despite not being fighters before their modifications (Yupia, Oxob, Umbrella, etc all of whom would no doubt intimidate the heck outta her). She makes plenty of rookie mistakes (easy-to-predict attacks, sloppy movement, impractical reaction time) and almost always stays nervously on the defensive until her eyes can locate a suitable target for her. I agree with other criticisms saying the pacing could be faster, but I'm digging the character work so far!
Enjoyable stuff, some cool moves, decent sfx, good emotion, impressive length for a duel. In the future I think you should make the pacing faster, this had a lot of waiting around between actions.
So awesome to see an animator who not only interested im character development but is also into shit like Tokusatsu and Inazuma Eleven! Theres not enough out there!
