One thing I love about series like this is that they can take characters like Gaster, someone who in the actual game is just a random hidden little Easter egg with one vague connection to Sans, and turn them into a highly compelling fully fleshed out character more interesting that most of the characters who are actually in the game for more than 10 seconds.

No matter how many times I watch this it is always cathartic to see Gaster absolutely break down Betty both physically and emotionally. For how much shit Betty has done to everyone, she deserved every bit of Gasters Merciless Wrath and more.
Best part is there is absolutely no guilt behind it. After getting every characters backstory, Betty is the only one you can fight In this story without mercy, because she is doing everything to harm you and everyone else.
i kinda feel bad for her tho🥲 considering her origins it’s not like she wanted to be a demon cursed to have the only purpose to kill all monsters, you can thank the bravery mage for that one😗🥲

@@Auduxite she can see other people's memories. That includes monsters with blue magic. Maybe that's how she found out about these attacks and knew that if she touches one, she'll get hurt. If those were white bones she could just break through them.

This is representation of the expression the "cup of bitterness overflowed". It represent emotions and dam that hold them. Normaly it only overflows and you get angry, but Gasters breaks. It means that his mental fortitude coud not hold his anger shatering under it. Now Gaster is controld by his cold fury.

I have watched this so many times, and I still can't get over the fact that...Gaster made Jessica's last words a reality. He thrashed Betty and gave her hell, he kept his promise. It's so bittersweet, but also extremely satisfying and comforting, knowing Jessica's sacrifice was not in vain.

YESSS. I absolutely LOVE the way Papyrus was handled in these past few episodes, and while im at it, inside the fandom in general. Back in the early days of the fandom, almost anytime there was a story with papyrus in a serious battle they pretty much just made him a sans clone. It's not the case here. Here, Papyrus can pull his own weight and still be true to his original character! Way more interesting IMO, amazing job Cami

Gaster just SNAPS. There's no other word for it. He lost his son once, which was out of his control, and now, he watched him die in front of him, knowing that it was his fault for injecting Determination in hopes to wake him up. Betty took everything from him. A chance to finally live happily with his family, and while Papyrus is still alive, his life will never be the same without Sans. Enough with Mercy. Enough with holding back. Gaster just lets loose on Betty and while it's extremely satisfying, it's also horrifying that Gaster was holding back this power the entire time. It just all comes out at once, the rage of losing Sans, Alphys, Jessica, he's finally letting his anger out on this monster that took everything from him. This is truly the reason to beware The Man Who Speaks in Hands.
Even after 4 years, this NEVER gets old. Especially when Gaster stops holding back. The way his eye goes red when he officially sees red. The way he just marches towards Bete Noire that screams volumes to destroy her, flooding his thoughts with that objective alone. The way he lets loose on her with such fierce attacks while it looks like he's barely even trying since he isn't moving from his spot. And of course, the way he unleashes Polychromatism, going all out to the point where he's risking overloading his own soul, yet he doesn't stop until Papyrus calls out his name. No wonder this reached 40 million views, damn.
I never thought I'd grow so attatched to a character that we know so little about. You literally created the legend of Gaster from the ground up. Seeing him just snap and lose all restraint is amazing. It gave me chills, which means you've created an amazing character. There's just something about the way he coldly walks towards her, no mercy, no restraint, just rage. Pure rage.

All there was was a design and some general info about relations between Sans and Papyrus that aren’t even confirmed. She creator a deep and investing character with a complex story, emotional state and abilities.
The finale of the series was great, but this was my favorite moment. It just shows off the mindsets of the characters so well, and we get an incredible action sequence to keep our eyes glued to the screen. It was fun to watch Asriel and Chara beat up hate, but we’ve known Betty longer, and she’s done a lot more personal harm to the characters we know and love. She’s the one we REALLY wanted to see destroyed, and this scene delivered in spades. Bravo, Camila, bravo!
Papyrus was the "tree" he needed to protect Gaster didn't move his feet at all Neither did he close his eyes for a second And didn't hesitate to deal the final blow I love how Camila makes those stories, callbacks and little details even if they are from different seasons
I love now that the Gaster's origins are out, we can clearly see, that all Gaster did, was taught to him by his father. Not moving being the most prominent example. He also doesn't close his eyes, just like Roman told him. Gaster's emotional breakdown in the Origins is very similar to this one here. After Sans died, in this very moment, he realized that his dad was right, he lost someone important because he wasn't strong enough to protect them. Well, at least he was strong enough, to bring justice to the person, who deserved it the most. After Sans died, Gaster became the person, his father wanted him to be. Good Riddance, Gaster.
I finally realised why those purple eyes work so well. Yes its a combination of blue and red but there is also the fact that the purple soul means perseverance. To persist at something no matter how hard it is. This screams Gaster throughout glitchtale but particularly at this moment because no matter how hard it is, he was going to kill Betty.
Not exactly. Purple means he reversed the soul link between him and papyrus so he could fight Betty at full power, which is why Gaster was able to use Polychromatism and why Papyrus was dying.
And people wonder why the undertale community hasn’t died yet, we have people like camila who make such exceptional work that keep us engaged to these characters we know and love. A huge thanks to her and her team of talented people who make this series into what it is today keep up the great work:)

I have watched this so many times, and I still can't get over the fact that...Gaster made Jessica's last words a reality. He thrashed Betty and gave her hell, he kept his promise. It's so bittersweet, but also extremely satisfying and comforting, knowing Jessica's sacrifice was not in vain.

YESSS. I absolutely LOVE the way Papyrus was handled in these past few episodes, and while im at it, inside the fandom in general. Back in the early days of the fandom, almost anytime there was a story with papyrus in a serious battle they pretty much just made him a sans clone. It's not the case here. Here, Papyrus can pull his own weight and still be true to his original character! Way more interesting IMO, amazing job Cami

Gaster just SNAPS. There's no other word for it. He lost his son once, which was out of his control, and now, he watched him die in front of him, knowing that it was his fault for injecting Determination in hopes to wake him up.
Betty took everything from him. A chance to finally live happily with his family, and while Papyrus is still alive, his life will never be the same without Sans.
Enough with Mercy. Enough with holding back. Gaster just lets loose on Betty and while it's extremely satisfying, it's also horrifying that Gaster was holding back this power the entire time.
It just all comes out at once, the rage of losing Sans, Alphys, Jessica, he's finally letting his anger out on this monster that took everything from him.
This is truly the reason to beware The Man Who Speaks in Hands.

Even after 4 years, this NEVER gets old. Especially when Gaster stops holding back. The way his eye goes red when he officially sees red. The way he just marches towards Bete Noire that screams volumes to destroy her, flooding his thoughts with that objective alone. The way he lets loose on her with such fierce attacks while it looks like he's barely even trying since he isn't moving from his spot. And of course, the way he unleashes Polychromatism, going all out to the point where he's risking overloading his own soul, yet he doesn't stop until Papyrus calls out his name.
No wonder this reached 40 million views, damn.

I never thought I'd grow so attatched to a character that we know so little about. You literally created the legend of Gaster from the ground up. Seeing him just snap and lose all restraint is amazing. It gave me chills, which means you've created an amazing character. There's just something about the way he coldly walks towards her, no mercy, no restraint, just rage. Pure rage.

All there was was a design and some general info about relations between Sans and Papyrus that aren’t even confirmed. She creator a deep and investing character with a complex story, emotional state and abilities.
@Mario Carrillo I think back to the Gaster tarot card whenever I hear this, but then there's that little voice in the back of my mind telling me off.
Dave, you have to also think about how she added in the handplates backstory to them, because how else would papyrus get drained.
The finale of the series was great, but this was my favorite moment. It just shows off the mindsets of the characters so well, and we get an incredible action sequence to keep our eyes glued to the screen. It was fun to watch Asriel and Chara beat up hate, but we’ve known Betty longer, and she’s done a lot more personal harm to the characters we know and love. She’s the one we REALLY wanted to see destroyed, and this scene delivered in spades. Bravo, Camila, bravo!
honestly the other final battle has a lot cooler and flashier scenes but this one really hits the hardest emotionally
Thing is though is that HATE was the overarching villain of the story as without it. Betty would of died a lot earlier.

I love now that the Gaster's origins are out, we can clearly see, that all Gaster did, was taught to him by his father. Not moving being the most prominent example. He also doesn't close his eyes, just like Roman told him. Gaster's emotional breakdown in the Origins is very similar to this one here. After Sans died, in this very moment, he realized that his dad was right, he lost someone important because he wasn't strong enough to protect them. Well, at least he was strong enough, to bring justice to the person, who deserved it the most. After Sans died, Gaster became the person, his father wanted him to be. Good Riddance, Gaster.

I finally realised why those purple eyes work so well. Yes its a combination of blue and red but there is also the fact that the purple soul means perseverance. To persist at something no matter how hard it is. This screams Gaster throughout glitchtale but particularly at this moment because no matter how hard it is, he was going to kill Betty.

Not exactly. Purple means he reversed the soul link between him and papyrus so he could fight Betty at full power, which is why Gaster was able to use Polychromatism and why Papyrus was dying.
