    I feel like the photo looks in focus when I'm checking it on the back of my camera, but when I upload them they are not as sharp as I thought.

    My biggest frustrations are staying calm, not getting nervous and how to pose. You're posing video really helped too. You both are great!

    I am just so frustrated with the big three settings I listen to other photographers advice but my picture either is black, blurry or my camera just won’t shoot… I’m really ready to just give up 1 year in photography officially and I’m just so confused.

    My biggest frustration is I can’t figure out the Nikon d750! I toook better photos on my nikon d3400. I do all these settings and even use the back ficus button and the eyes still aren’t sharp..

    Will you do a video like this specific to your mirrorless camera? I think you mentioned something about them being different than DSLR.

      Hey!! We are not super familiar with indoor and flash photography as we are primarily outdoor photogs. When we do shoot indoor, we find window light. That’s not always available though…then we would go to a flash for our camera.

    How do you shoot a moving subject in manual mode? Do you continually refocus?

    • @esquared.photography
      @esquared.photography  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We hold down our back button focus and then recompose our camera so the subject is in the frame.

    I feel like when I have multiple people, those in the farthest plane still seem to be less crisp even when I use F4.

    Very much a beginner in the photography world..I’m pretty sure my f stop doesn’t go below 3.5…Is that okay if I’m shooting a single person and/or a couple?

    Thank you for the video! My frustration is that my full body family pictures are blurry and grainy :(. I just did a photoshoot today and i shot at 1/500 s, F3,2, ISO 250 and still people are not totally in focus and pictures are grainy. But only the ones with full body (close up shots are alright though). I don't know what to do anymore...

    • @esquared.photography
      @esquared.photography  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sometimes we overthink it and think the full bodies aren’t perfect. Naturally they will be less “sharp” and appear more grainy because they are further away.

    Why would your f-stop not be equal to the number of people in the photo?

    • @esquared.photography
      @esquared.photography  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That would be nice if that worked that way! You wouldn’t necessarily want an F8 for a group of 8. Less light will be coming in the lens with a higher f stop.

    My struggle is getting the correct exposure in camera most people I shoot says my photos are too dark

    • @esquared.photography
      @esquared.photography  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We sometimes finding ourselves bumping our exposure meter up a couple notches past zero to help with this.

    • @markgoostree6334
      @markgoostree6334 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Somehow I managed to bump my exposure compensation button and was getting wrong exposures. Doublecheck you haven't gotten that out of whack. When I find I'm getting odd exposures I look at all of the settings to make sure I am exactly where I expect to find them... then I know what to expect in the pictures.

    At first, I wanted to say that I really like your channel and the content you convey. I do not agree with one point that was mentioned today. You do not always have to work in manual mode. I think the AP mode is much more convenient. If we set the minimum shutter speed in advance and set it to auto ISO, the only thing left for us is to play with the aperture.
