Going to have to vote for the Copics on this one. Your art is great as usual, but this just doesn't feel the same. Very enlightening though... I would not have guessed that changing the markers would have such a strong impact on the art.
That being said, you do you. I'm still here even though SOMEONE doesn't do creepy pasta stories & drawings anymore :P

Yeah, well, Posca paint markers are definitely NOT cheap! 😅 At my local art supply shop, Posca paint markers tend to sell for $3 - $5 U.S. PER MARKER!! 😱 They’re expensive! Sometimes they can sell for more than that per marker depending on how many markers are in the pack. So $300 wasn’t that surprising to me…

I have a tip for the camvas board: What I do when I paint, I use a pink eraser and a little fluffy makeup brush to dust the shavings away. Using your hand to brush away eraser shavings messes up your pencil work, so using the brush helps prevent the smudges. Hope this helps ❤

No matter what art supplies you use, or what you create with said supplies, these came out amazing. It's your skills and knowledge, but also learning of an artist, that many will take inspiration from.

Your Posca art is good, very good, it's like painting. Work from light to dark. Last thing to do is the outline, you got it right!
I admire the final result. This is not just a "simple" drawing, it is a piece of art, a real " chef d'oeuvre ".

When I use Poscas, I use Bristol Board to eliminate pilling. I love your artwork! I've been with you a long time, I still go back and watch some of your Creepy Pasta work, because nostalgia.

I'm sure how well TADC does on the algorithm was just a... happy coincidence, and had nothing to do with deciding the theme of the video.
Jokes aside, these all look really good! These are pretty different compared to the art you typically do on this channel, and while I love your horror art and can't wait for more, this was a nice breath of fresh air! I love how the background on that last drawing was colorful and messy yet didn't distract from the actual characters that were the focus!
Always love watching your videos! Amazing art! Every time I watch them they make me want to draw my own horror art. (I have done some in the past)

Just remember, the ONE, AND ONLY ONE RULE of using Poska pens is never mix them when they are wet, EVER. You will totally ruin your paint pens
I really liked how you wanted to try something new and different, and how it is a process to learn. It's easy to watch sped up videos and think "aw they make it look so easy!" I appreciate you sharing your experience and mistakes made. That's how we learn!

Dude... DOOOOODE! These turned out great 🤯 I love how just switching up media completely changes not just how but why you do what you do. This reminds me of going to art class with my all-time favorite teacher. She was amazing and encouraging. I miss her class even though it was over 30 years ago. I still remember when I discovered Koh-I-Noor pens and started mixed media... Pencil, pen, chalk... So much fun and expressive. You make me want to start making art again.

Very satisfying to watch! Pro tip for canvas - light with the pencil pressure. if you need to erase, try a kneaded eraser! they're great for picking up the graphite (you can either dab, rub, or roll the eraser across the board). also if you want to dull down the texture, you can use sandpaper on the canvas to make it more smooth (just a little).

I think you'll enjoy drawing on a hard board instead of canvas board because it's so smooth. There's a ton of different grades and they're not as expensive as birch panels which a lot of us painters enjoy because it's so satisfying to paint on smooth surfaces!
You can also make your own transfer! As a poor kid, this is what I did: Sketch and refine on transparent tracing paper. Flip paper, heavily scribble over the lines on the back side. Flip paper right side up, align to desired surface, then retrace, and viola! A clean transfer.
I love the final look, although for a second I got nervous when you did the lineart before the background 😂

What I love about Posca, is that they pretty much draw on anything. Ya know, glass, shoes, walls, anything that isn't paper. 😅

Wow! These paintings turned out so good! I know painting on paper can be a pain in the ass because of the pilling, but the drawings still turned out good. I’m a beginner artist myself and you inspired me to buy myself some Posca paint markers and try them out (even though they are bloody expensive)!

Amazing Art. You could also try the underestimated Molotow Marker, there are refillable and they have a twin tip marker. I absolutely love them!
