on modelling residental building of three and half floor on etabs, it became eccentric by 10% in one side from calculating center of mass and center of rigidity. what should i do, just design it as it is or if modify what would be??

Is it necessary for 1st two mode in modal mass participating ratio be in alternate either x or y?
Or is it okay if both are in same direction?
Width of building is 20ft and length is 68 ft🤔
12*12 column gives 1st two mode in longer span

The translation must be in two different directions for the first two modes followed by rotation in the third mode.
I afraid if this dimension breaks any rules of nbc

You can manually calculate Base shear and check with Etabs value.
