Are there features for the client / trainer to monitoring training loads and progression for exercises? E.g. tracking load through weights, reps, sets performed as well as seeing a history in chart view? Rather than in truecoach, they have an exercise history but when clicked it just brings up every exercise that has a name sort of the same as the one being search and the results are just written without any actual track of load or displaying the clients progression over time. It's super shit to have to go through and figure out how you should progress especially when there's heaps of stuff unrelated to what you are looking for

We use a similar function for exercise history. Based on feedback from coaches a free-text results box was preferred as it allows the client to add qualitative feedback and doesn't require multiple boxes for reps/sets/load which can be time-consuming for the client to fill out and the coach to program. We do have a Fitness Monitoring Exercises feature which allows you to track data for assigned exercises and pulls results into a chart to measure progress.

@@OPEXFitness yeah ok. A lot of the time you end up with no results recorded anyway because there aren't specific things to record and constantly chasing results to try see how to progress workouts. I think have specific data entered and ways of tracking their progress etc is a much better way to go about it. It's actually the top requested feature for truecoach at the moment

@@outperformfitness we'll pass that feedback along to the team. Something our coaches do find helpful to get the results you need is noting what they want to client to record. E.g. *record total time or *record load and reps. Over time clients develop autonomy here and learn what's helpful for the coach, but initially may need that guidance and clear expectations.

This is one of my biggest gripes with Truecoach as an athlete AND a coach... I want to see the progression, or regression, or pattern. I feel like this should be one of the most important metrics we need (in performance clients) to see if there is a pattern... and non performance clients of course, as that visual or data fuelled evidence can be so helpful in ensuring adherence etc...

@@emelyewoo 100% I have just been in conversation with truecoach about this asking why they are working on things no one is requesting but haven't even looked at starting the most requested feature which is this.
There is a comment section for every workout so the client can add how they feel and any issues in there so no need for a "free writing" results section that doesn't track anything. I have clients that use other free apps to record their results and just take screenshot because the other apps track it all

The one thing that for sure isn’t superior is the speed of the app/website. I don’t event remember my truecoach being as slow as this one

One reason not too... Cost. It would be $100 more a month for me compared to Trainerize.

Hey Steve, we are slightly pricier than Trainerize but are confident we have the features to show for it, including a robust Business Suite that can cut down on hundreds in extra services a month. Here’s a bit more about our feature set - www.coachrx.app/overview

Pretty sad this company would block and delete our comments on social media when their "comparisons" was so grossly incorrect. You claimed "everything in this post is facts" and when other people stated its not true you asked us to DM the facts on what TrueCoach vs Coachrx. When we posted them publicly, just like you did, you deleted the comment and blocked us. Bruuuuuutal transparency.

We're happy to discuss any of the features and how they compare from platform to platform.

Well considering you've already lost us as a potential client due to your post being misleading, then asked us for facts, and when facts are proven you decide to delete and block us there's no point to compare anymore. You may be better than the rest but your transparency is little to none. I hope your social media team can learn from this experience.
