we have vintage unitron latitude 8 HP hearing aides.. what battery does it take? its the fatter one

I came across Audicus Omni Hearing Aid. Sales lady told me that they are made by Unitron and very comapairable to Phonak Audeo Lumity L90. Can some one tell me if that is correct? Technology wise Omni is very similar to Lumity L90?
