Kindly explain the point and advantages of cooking in Copper vessels but more importantly the purpose of Kalai polish in the vessel and why it's done. But even more importantly how home cooking can benefit from it. I'm a guy who loves to cook for friends and family. Mutton is something which is my speciality too. But I've been really confused about getting a Tinned Copper Vessel like the range you use. I would be grateful if you could clear my doubts. 🙏🏽
