I have the Kamui Black Sai Control breaktip on my Action ABK05 and I've been very very impressed how great it is. It's extremely durable and has great control on the cue ball.
What is the best glue to use?? I just bought one and gonna be forced to try installing this myself without a lathe since there is nobody in my area who installs cue tips. If I change my mind and decide to NOT install it myself, does anybody know a good place I can mail my shaft to pay them to have them install it?
What makes it controlled? It doesn't look like John has any control over the cue ball at all.i can get the ball to stay in the center of the table with my bk3 with the original tip. Its kind of a shame that he took it off of his bk3. That tip would probably be great to add to a $100 break cue, but the bk3 is perfect the way it was engineered from the factory
Yeah I stopped trusting Kamui tips after my Kamui black kept glazing over every rack. I moved to Tiger for my playing cue and Taom for my break. Never looked back.
@@RockSpoon123 I believe I have the Everest. I just starting playing again last April, I actually built a table (Bar size) is all I have room for. It turned out pretty good, two layers of 3/4 MDF bed, K66 cushions and Championship cloth (Didn't want my first attempt at it to be with expensive cloth...lol It actually plays pretty good..! I did the math right so the geometry is good (angles and banks) For what I spent building it, I would have only been able to buy a wobbly partical board piece of sh!t..... I have videos posted if you care to check it out.
Kamui is rubbish and highly overpriced. You want a good break tip, tiger 5 layered leather tip, tiger break, tiger ice breaker, toam tips. You won’t regret it
Seeing Rollie makes me happy
Thank you Rollie for the video

do you chalk a break tip?
When is the release date?
Where can I buy one ?
Kamui Sai
Just wondering why you didn’t take the old tip completely off?
The tip is completly off its just that the Predator BK3 cue has a thick phenolic plate that looks like a half tip on there ;)
Whats the name of the glue u used?
Loc tite gel
Mine cracked and chipped..😢
What material is it made of?
Leather mix with resin
Jump and break really well
How much for a Kamui tip?
Around 40$ installed
I need a new tip...
Look at Tiger for playing cues and Taom for break cues. Much better quality!
He's not lying....
😁
I have this tip and it breaks like a hammer
Yeah I've had a samsara break jump break tip for years but after seeing this I might have to give this kamui break tip a try 👍💪
not professional work 😅
With lots of tools i didn't like how he replaced the tip. I'm doing better only with razor and sand paper.
