Fantastic part 2 Elliott 👌 The bannock and bacon looked great. You'll have to stash a spare peg just for Peanut. Bless him. Another cool watch mate. I'll look forward to your next one. Cheers, J 👍
Cheers Jason, thanks for watching. Bannock and bacon with maple syrup is one of my favourite camp breakfasts, but I did get hungry watching your vid earlier with beans, sausages and egg, so will give that a go. As for little peanut, I think I need to factor a 10% wastage on anything I make out of wood because he'll always find something and chew it 😂 Take care mate, Elliott.
Smashing part II, Elliot. Peanut climbing up and bedding down, plus greeting you when you woke up 😁 I’ve yet to give bannock a go,,, making and eating. ATB, Tim
Thanks for watching Tim, glad you liked it. Yeah Peanut does like to climb up onto things to sleep, he's like a cat lol. Hope to see you having a go at bannock, its pretty easy, especially if you pre mix the ingredients at home. Going to be catching up with your latest vid later, looks great. Take care mate, Elliott.
LOL...your pup is just like my Otis in the morning...except Otis jumps on the bed and is 100 lbs! Always enjoyed making bannock with my students while doing Outdoor Ed...always a hit. Loving all the bird song. Take good care...Bruce and Otis
Wow what a way to be woken up each, a 100 lbs of Otis 😂 Brilliant. Thanks for your message and for the sub Bruce, good to meet you and Otis. Subbed back my friend. All the best, Elliott & Peanut.
Nice video mate. Your dog cracked me up settling on your pack, very behaved too. The bannock had a nice colour. Nice chilled video Oh thanks for the mention 🙏 Just subscribed to the channel for some reason I thought I already had ...take care
Thanks Des, really appreciate it mate. Yeah Peanut is a good boy and loves sitting on things😂 I’ve watched loads of your videos and learned a lot and your channel is one of my favourites, so I thought it only fair to give you a shout out in return. I’ll be watching your latest tonight 🔥 Thanks again mate, Cheers, Elliott.
Cheers man. I really like making bannock, its very easy, you can tweak the recipe to taste and it's just an enjoyable bushcrafty thing to do. Thanks for watching my friend. Cheers, Elliott.
Hi Elliott, that looked like a great camp, very productive too with some good skills on display. I fancy trying that free standing tarp configuration out as it seemed to work really well and my next camp is going to be in a field so it should work well for that. Peanut climbing on your rucksack for a snooze made me laugh! Thanks as always for sharing 👍
Thanks Barney, appreciate it mate. Yeah the free standing plough point is easy and only takes about 10 mins of extra fiddling once you have your poles. Would be great in a field with that little tarp I’ve seen you use before, the 2.5 x 2.5 I think? Yeah and Peanut has a thing about sitting on things, it’s always funny watching him trying to get comfortable on something like a lumpy half packed rucksack. Thanks as always for watching 🔥 Cheers, Elliott.
Cheers Matt. Yeah its a tidy little set up. Probably the easiest free standing tarp set up to do now I think about it. Thanks for watching mate, Elliott.
Thanks for the heads up. Its just the camera mic, but on shots where I'm talking to the camera, I have to put the camera quite a long way back to fit into the frame. Just got a new camera though with a wider lens, so the sound should be a bit better. Do you have any tips for better sound? Thanks for watching. Cheers, Elliott.
Coffee, bacon, bannock, and a campfire!!! Fantastic video! Well done!
Thank you kindly!
Cheers,
Elliott

You need to build more interesting houses, then there will be more views.
Appreciate the tip my friend and thanks for watching 🔥
