Always great fun trying out new gear Elliott. I'm a big fan of the bushbox and trangia combo. Just a really solid and versatile piece of kit. Like you said, perfect if you need to be a little more discreet 👍
Great video 👍 The TBS Bottle & cup are a great combo. I use the cup with a Trangiaburner and crosstand from time to time when I’m out for a quick brew. On those occasions some sort windshield is almost essential 😊
Thanks my friend and thanks for watching. Yeah I've just started using the Trangia on its own with the cross stand for a light weight option, but yes you definitely need a windshield of some kind.
Excellent mate, my favourite combination too, love the mellow feeing of the trangia ,I’m always using mine since I got it. Then my firebox is there ready for the camp fire when the sun has gone down. Great video man , peanut is crazy digging those holes and biting the grass 😆👍
Thanks for watching and commenting AJ, really appreciated mate. Absolutely love the Firebox and the trangia just adds loads of versatility.Awesome. Yeah Peanut is a bit of a nutjob, like most terriers.
Nice woodland explore Elliot nice vibe 👍peanut having a good time digging around 🙏🏼😊 Definitely see the benefit of the trangia being silent in a woodland setting and the fire box stove is a cracking bit of kit to cook & keep warm over I’m definitely going to invest in a trangia to go with the gas stove in my load out. Enjoyed and best wishes Simon 🔔🤝🙏🏼😊
@@beaconbushcraftoutdoors5834 it’s a little coalman I bought it 20 years ago Elliot but it’s small and conveniently light (not a jet boil )but puts out a decent amount of heat if it’s not too cold. But it’s noisy hence a trangia might be a good idea for more urban type camps. Hope your doing ok m8t 🙏🏼😊 best regards Simon
@@SetForAdventures I used to have a little coleman stove that screwed straight on to the canister. Was really quick and very small, but yes a bit noisy if you want to avoid attracting attention. There is something very peaceful about a Trangia. Cheers Simon.
