- I think this might be the longest video of my channel, yet it could have been longer. The father/son relationship between Klaus and Mikael Mikaelson is just so complex, there is much more to say.

Klaus's only example of a dad was Mikael that's why he was vicious for 9 centuries along with Esther's betrayal.
And that's why he cared so little for Hope when he found out Haley was pregnant.
It is truly a masterpiece. I started to cry when I heard Going Home. And I continue to cry even after the edit is over. Your choice of scenes, your transitions, parallels were perfect.

This video is truly a masterpiece! I think Klaus was never like Mikael, he only became vicious and hateful because he was taught to be and saw it as the only way to be powerful.

Mikael can say whatever he wants but he wouldn't be this obsessed about Klaus if he didn't consider him his son, that's why he had such high expectations of the 'great' warrior Klaus should've been to begin with, but then as a child Klaus was a sensitive boy who liked to paint and after Mikael found out about Esther's affair, Mikael's disapointment just mixed with frustration and hatred, but even after hunting him down for a thousand years, he still says "your...is the one thing that stops you from being trully great" there's always that fatherly disapointment.
This is my Favorite Tribute for Mikael and Klaus.

This is a bit weird but Klaus looks the most like Mikael among siblings. I lowekey wanted to see Mikael redemption arc as far as we git to see his relationship with Freya there may be a chance fir redemption
I understand why Mikael is mad at Klaus when were just looking at the fact Klaus killed Esther and turned all the other siblings against him. But before that and hunting him down for centuries on end is overkill.
You realise Michael was abusive and hated Klaus way before Esther turned them. Clearly Michael hated him for being another mans son more than him killing Esther.
@@HA-jq1mu when I said "But before" I meant before Mikael found out he wasn't his son. I was saying that his hate towards Klaus before that was completely unreasonable. Sorry, I guess I should have clarified that a little bit more. Anyways, still don't like Esther or Mikael. There both terrible parents and both equally played there part in creating a very messed up present day Klaus by the decisions they would make.

@@HA-jq1mu I understand him hunting him after he killed Esther but to be hunting one person for 1000 years is really overkill. I would have given up by then because at that point it's just a waste of my time.

I still don’t understand why mikeal hunted down klaus for a millennia it seems so pointless
He was full of hate I guess and wanted to make him pay for everything Klaus did. But it was pointless.
Thats literally what i was trying to find like its not klaus’ fault he is the way he is but mikeal made him a monster tbh
