Yes that's a real nice one. I'm not as big a fan of steelpaks, as opposed to bona fide steelbooks, but i do like all the embossing and debossing stuff that goes on. The Borderlands 2 Handsome Collection steelpak is a corker as well.

Thanks Tom Tom. With regard to Mirror's Edge steelbook - I really wanted that but i didn't want to pay the high price for the Collectors Edition (around £150 if I recall correctly). However i happened to be in a GAME store and noticed that they were doing the CE for £70 but without the base game which, for some reason, came seperate to the CE anyway. So i bought it. GAME still have copies of the CE on their website for £110 with game via an independent seller.

Hello there. It all depends whether you want the full game or just the empty steelbook. If you want steelies with the game in then I suggest you go to webuy.com because they sell a lot of steelbooks at the same price as the vanilla game. If you're just interested in the empty steelbook then Amazon have some at reasonable prices. Also if you do a search on ebay with the filter for "lowest price inc p&p" you can find some really cheap.
I don't normally bother with E3 because the hype wore me down years ago but THIS year with Destiny 2 on the horizon I'll probably make an exception. I play Destiny on PS4 and when I'm not doing that I have a bash at the Forza games on XBox one - but mostly PS4. The poor old Wii U just gathers dust under the TV.

Hi Dinxi. Without doing a physical count the split would be roughly 350 bluray movie steels and 250 video game ones. At the rate with which PS4 steelies are coming out I would expect those to catch up the movies pretty soon 😁

I have: Resident Evil 4 (PS2) Bioshock (Xbox 360) DeadRising (Xbox 360) Resident Evil 6 (Xbox 360) Grand Theft Auto V (PS3) Jericho (PS3) Fallout 4 (PS4) Mortal Kombat X (PS4) and my only movie steelbook is the 35th anniversary edition of Halloween.
Okay that's good - we all have to start somewhere. If you are more interested in the steelbook than the actual game then ebay sellers have some quite cheap stuff out there minus the game.
It's a hard one to call because so many are attached to expensive Collectors Editions. Those ones are obviously tricky to get for a decent price unless you get lucky at somewhere like CEX - who tend to sell steelies at the same price as the current used vanilla price.

Destiny is my only steelbook i got for ps4 i bought the collectors edition for only 6 pounds pre owned and all the stuff was there (even though the codes was use but luckily they left the paperwork inside, just feels more complete like that) i mean someone bought me all the DLC so its ok

There's a Fire Emblem Fates one and a Majora's Mask 3D one. I think maybe there's a couple more that I have, but wouldn't know without checking!

Amazon and ebay are my go-to places for gameless steelies while CEX and GAME are good for cheaper earlier games - CEX in particular
