I think the fast travel feature is great, however, unless I am wrong, it looks like there is no option to "skip time" to a service or a point in the day you want to start a service. A feature like that seems like a no-brainer and a perfect addition. It's great we can teleport places now, but what's the point if we have to stick around for an hour and a half for a service to start on some routes?

Video editing is awful. They can’t keep the camera still for 2 seconds. Also it’s not inclusive. The constant flashing lights are annoying to me but dangerous to people with epilepsy. It’s no good having a warning at the beginning of flashing lights. How are people who are affected by these supposed to obtain this information? It’s not as if the flashing lights are useful or entertaining. Oh, and JD, when talking to camera, at least know where the camera is.
TSW 5 is definitely a Major improvement, 100% getting the special edition! Also quick idea, could you also bring back the feature for the camera where if you hold down a button, it speeds up the camera?

@@HDGAMING360 Well first of all, none of the signals and gameplay works if they simply connected them. They have to rebuild with both connected and reprogram everything together. Even extensions are lots of work and has to be resold. It would end up being like 2x the cost to buy the dlc since it's 2 in 1. Then the timetable has to be remade for the merged timetable which is no easy task. There's a ton of moving parts to consider and it becomes a mess trying to update the dlc because one change affects all 3 then you run into the issue of performance and memory from all the extra traffic once you start merging more and more together. It's not practical from a development point of view.
one little piece of feedback to these videos themselves... the sound overall has totally overshot bass levels, especially those where ppl are talking, especially Matt... I have both my 2.1 speakers and my external sound card (Creative X-G6, so no slouch of a card) software always set appropriately depending on what I am watching/listening to (so different settings for music, games and videos)... all that to prevent situations when the bass levels are way too high... and here they are, and I even tried "direct" setting on my sound card, which means the sound is transferred without any audio enhancing effects :)

the only devs who could do that is union workshop, but they are a small team and to bring a shinkansen along with an insanely long route might be too much work for them.

As a casual player, I own a few routes and trains, and I still wonder why should I buy tsw5 (yeah, I know, it's a free upgrade as well)? My point is, it feels like there are not many changes to the new game. Route hopping, photo mode, and fast travel...really?🙂 these are upgrades, not worth a new tsw number

No, and probably will never be. Upgrading the engine would require them to rebuild each dlc, and move over the hundreds of changes they've made to the engine over to Unreal 5.

A other idea for TSW is making Spanish High speed trains "AVE" It is something that would be nice to see because of the wide and extensive line and its famous Talgo trains. xoxo

TSW was released in 2017
