      The liquor in the video is "막걸리".
      It contain also yeast.

      unlike bear, 막걸리's yeast is not filtered

    시루도 다른곳보다 작고 떡에 검은깨를 이쁘게 하나씩 안올리고 뒤죽박죽이네요

    울 어머니 추석에 만들던 기지떡이네요
    음 여기에 팥 소를 넣어 쪄내닙다
    아주 새로운 맛이겠어요
    그러나 울 어머니 추석에 만들던 그리운 기지떡 맛은 아닌 듯~ㅎㅎ

    1번 밖에 발효안하는데요??

      발효과정 모두를 담지는 못했습니다.
      아침에 넣는 과정을 촬영했고 만두는 과정까지 역순으로 하루에 모두 촬영했거든요^^

    제가 잡에서 하는거랑 공장에서 하는거랑 많이 다르네요..농도가.....

      숙성과정도 꽤 긴 시간이 걸리더라고요
      아무래도 대량이라서 집에서 만드는 것과
      차이가 있는것 같습니다^^

    아스파탐(인공감미료)이 들어간 십장생 막걸리가 떡 재료로 들어가네요
