We don't like immigration agents! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and will be moving to Canada early 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of bullshit; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. I have received my COPR and planning to land soon. I have few questions regarding documents to carry as first landing for immigration--- 1. Passport 2. COPR 3. CAD Cash with receipt 4. DL extract 5. DL 6. Jwellery evaluation 7. Proof of funds 8. Post ITA docs 9. Resume copies
A. In some official videos medical and dental records are also mentioned. What are these records?
B. If I bring Bankers Cheque equal to the proof of funds, will that be excepted as proof of funds? And how many days before leaving for Canada should we apply for Bankers Cheque
C. Post ITA documents, can you please specify what all - (biometric, request for passport) medical test records are with IRCC only

Hi Team, first of all would like to congratulate you on the commendable work you are doing. I have literally learnt a lot from your videos. Just had a query regarding Health Insurance you mentioned. Is it really Health Insurance or International travel insurance? Also wanted a clarification whether the 3 month waiver for wait time for getting OHIP is really there or not. Since you have crossed three months maybe you could enlighten.
Its waived for now.. just get a health insurance for a month till you quarantine, open a bank account and apply for OHIP.

You'll mentioned about the 3 month health insurance in the documentations section, as far as our understanding goes permanent residents are covered since day1 of landing in Canada, then what would you need the health insurance from India for?
Not everywhere but yeah, due to covid they will cover from the day you apply.. not day 1.

Hmmm... if it uses the same power as a dryer, then it will be a problem. The voltage is 120 here vs 240 in india which is a problem unless your device can take a lower voltage (like phones and laptops)

It will be a struggle in the beginning but anything is possible of you are skilled and good at what you want to do... :) I always wanted to make TH-cam videos and I know I am not good at it!
