Hey brother, I am 14-year-old MMA fighter and wrestler just wanted to say I love your videos man keep it up I can't believe more people are not on your channel! Your uploads are great.
Hey Cory, could you make a video about dealing with injuries? I know all injuries can be different depending the severity of them. But can you make a video talking about your personal injuries and things you did to work around them and how long it took for you to be able to go 100% in training ?
Before even watching the video i just really want to say thank you corey for taking the time out of your day to share this incredible information to anyone lucky enough to come across it. Lets go corey this is your year champ!!!
Truly appreciate a dedicated champ like you to share his insights. A lot of us struggle to find good coaches. By doing this you truly are adding value into our lives. Whenever you can share the most important drills that we can do. Appreciate you truly
Thanks Sandman. I would love to hear more stuff, just about the psychological piece of how you deal with the ups and downs of being a fighter. How you stay focussed on the long-term and not get caught up on the high of having a big win, or the low of a big loss. I really enjoy your content in and out of the octogon!
so many gems of knowledge in this mans head and really well explained. Be cool to see another video like book recommendation one, like movies or just art in general.
You're the man, bro! Your channel is an awesome resource. Hope to see you win the belt soon. Would be interested to hear common misconceptions or mistakes with different techniques, and how a newbie might apply those concept badly; and how any attitude reframes you had while learning different techniques.
My professor has us do this under a note structure to make it easier to track our moves and techniques. Thanks for reaffirming what i'm learning, keep putting out the sauce Cory real fighters apricate it
The way your explaining the most effective way, is the way my brother/coach is coaching everyone at my gym, let’s me know we are going in the right direction🙏thanks cory
Mastery is when you can describe your craft to any rockhead (me) over a video and it is a clear visual to a stepping stone in the right direction. Thank you 🙏
i've almost been thinking that while it's sooo serious that there's almost also like a part of 'flow' that happens when the effort remains high but the intention is just to play together like kids at recess. the only reason we think of them as little kids is bc i think a lot of us have lost sense with a willingness to fail over and over and over. You wouldn't just smack a kid hard asf bc u can l0l if you're way better than someone i think it really helps to look at them as like a younger brother. i think there's still utility in it, even if you're just using it as practice to dodge against them and mentally imagine strategies for entering and exiting literally every single time -- like it was real -- but just for pretend
🔥🏆Legend In The Making!!!🏆🔥 Cory Sandhagen, equal parts deeply aligned, driven, focused, endlessly growing, building, working, and forever giving so and too much!!! Everyone needs to seriously pause, recognize this Martial Artist's body of work, his trajectory and Journey, and how he ultimately wants to share and give so much wisdom and knowledge. 🏆🥰🏆
he’s said in a previous video, striking is done with your eyes and you need to be making reads your next move should be dictated by the information you’re getting and not an arbitrary video game win combo.
Mad respect Cory! You’ve won me over as a fan over the last year or so (I’m also a chito fan 🤪)….you’re underestandung of striking (distance, time etc), is next level
Brother man Cory my brother aj is getting his first point KB match January 21 we’ve been pretty locked in after he wins I as well want to get into competition but in purely MMA is that realistic if I’ve had no time on the mat with a reff I have success every time I step on the mats just tryna see a more realistic point of view appreciate the vid dawg
Anything in life requires built up sequences, analytics requires dissection based sequences, fighting and bodybuilding are no different the more sequence repetition rich The better the party will be.
Casuals will always be your biggest potential fan base. Appreciate the information, and can find ways to utilize the mindset and concepts outside martial arts.
Hey man I wanted to watch you on Jaxxon pod but damn Tyrone just talks to dam much but I would watch you do podcast just little half hour of you picking upcoming fights like folks channel that’s what I’d like to see you do please put out more content you have the fans just feed us some content
I was I was surrounded by high level guys that have the same learning methods as you instead I’m surrounded by CrossFit trainers arrogant team members who just want to spar hard and people who see red

All I'm saying is, read "How We Learn to Move" and "Learning to Optimize Movement" by Rob Gray. It's weird and complicated.
