I love your channel, I stumbled upon it a couple of months ago and I love not only the excursions you go on but the cinematography is beautiful. The shots you capture in your videos are breathtaking. I’ve never been in the outback of Canada but your videos make me want to go see it for myself. Keep up the amazing work and wheel safe!
I have a similar issue with the piston on my hatchback when it's super cold...they tend to fail a bit...think that's more the issue than the weight on your tent. I got super stuck Saturday, Subaru fell through a 3.5 inch iced puddle...and it was pretty bad...I was sunk/stuck...then the winch cable busted...Axion left me hanging...but the Subaru kept running though slightly submerged. Buddy with a 4 runner came to get us...he had to tie off to winch me out. My 12 year old did well...I use a wheelchair, so wasn't much I could do...next time only going full send when I have another vehicle with me...😊 Thought of you when I was stuck and wishing your team of brothers were there...lol. My friend Scott dropped what he was doing and brought his family to come save us. Great to have good friends. - Mike
Conditions have been very challenging! Thought it would get better after the cold front but definitely not. Great to see you and Curtis getting out and being safe! As always, the best storytelling and cinemas on youtube for this genre! Keep it up! 1 Million is gonna be no problem for you.

weather is off her meds this year! You are doing great making interesting content, hiccups and all! I recommend your videos all the time! Blazing new snow is always a lets go!
That lake is called heart lake the road washed out bad in 2004 that was the last time I made it in. There's an old mining camp at the Lake if you continue to the end of that Rd there's a little mine in the hill. It's a beautiful volcanic lake.
A lot of bridges up there have been repaired but I think the road that goes closest to the lake is probably not passable. I’m going to have to go back on tires to explore more.

Brutally honest review from a really long time follower of your channel: The tracked Jeep videos have been almost completely unrelatable for me. I love the cinematography and I'm sticking around mostly for those amazing and beautiful scenes in your videos these days, but I'm finding myself skipping through most of the tracked Gladiator content. It's completely unobtainable for me so it's not something I look at and think "That could be me someday".
i have doing offroad ATV on tracks for years. As in your video tracks are meant for deep snow. Its like a snowmbolile, sliders wear out and I swiched back to 2.5" swamper tires. I can get through most any snow
Awesome video as always Shaun. Something times a road block can be a good thing because you find something unique and spectacular. Also your Tracked Gladiator is so epic.

Well, maybe one day, right ☺️ Mén! I'm still blown away by that shot you made! Gosh dang!! 🧨
I always anticipate your videos. Loving the peace and sense of adventure i get even when im not out there with you guys. Amazing cinematography. Hopefully i can get my life together enough to have a jeep again in 10 years and get out there to explore.
Dude! I know! That's exactly what's going to happen to me lol. I almost put tires on last week, then it dumped 2 feet at my house so I drove around town on tracks instead and it was too much fun.
Freaking LOVE that rig! I just finished my diy camper build (just posted the video a few days ago) and I'm stoked to get out and explore some of the FSRs up here in the Thompson Okanagan! Thank you for being an inspiration!! Subscribed years ago, excited to see you hit 1M soon 😊
Awesome! I went up to the hot springs Jan 6th, had fun with some snow wheeling. So surprised there wasn't more snow up there with the dump we just had. When looking over the maps of the area I saw that same small alpine lake and wondered if it's possible to get up there... I'd be happy to join you if you head up in the spring/summer. Cheers.
You Do have some Beautiful country up there !! I have been to and seen ice like that in Vermont where my Outlaws live(mother and father-in-law)🤣 Thanks For The Ride !!❤👍
Watching you have adventures with the trail wrecker on treads is awesome. But between the breakdowns at the beginning and the limitations that you’re experiencing. Leads me to believe that number one I don’t know if I would ever put these on my jeep. Number two it would be more adventurous for you to put your wheels and tires back on. Many of the trails that you start to go on. These treads cause you to just turn around. Where if you had your wheels and tires. At least in previous episodes. You would’ve kept on going, even if the trail seemed impassible.
Yes but that’s only because the conditions aren’t right for the tracks in this video. Which was unexpected. On the flip side, there was hills that would have been very sketchy with tires.
@@TheStoryTillNow I see your point. I agree. I do love all of your videos no matter what you’re doing. Especially the ones that you involved your family. Myself I wonder if the other brands are a little more robust and durable. The weather though in BC has been so crazy, from freezing arctic cold, to no snow, to a massive dump, and now back to super warm. The interior is going to be crazy in a few days. Love your vids keep it up! Happy Trails.
@@magicalone22 there’s definitely more durable options with suspension tech and such, but they cost as much as a whole jeep. That’s not an investment I’m interested in. The issue of wheel breaking off isn’t a problem with the tracks, it’s a problem with the driver going places without enough snow and hitting rocks. That’s not what they’re made for.
@@magicalone22 there may be other brands. But I have watched plenty of videos with these tracks. Whether they’re on jeeps, trucks, or even side-by-side. All video show people having their own issues. Can you discuss how your "process" has improved... or not, since you began trailering your rig to the trailhead vs. driving the rig however many miles to the trailhead? Pros, Cons... Thank you!!!
Towing is a bit limiting in the winter due to poor highway conditions. That's the only real downside, and a bit more work. It's just a different way of doing things. Instead of airing up or airing down, it's loading or unloading the deck. Also have to make sure I get back to the truck after, and not end up in a different city haha.
