Mono black mid-speed/range is too slow to go against a decently tuned mono-white. So, knowing this, I would recommend like 3-4 Yotian Soldiers main board.
I see how Land Tax is so strong in WW. Do you also see it played in Erhnamgeddon as well? I keep thinking Sylvan Library could be stronger if you could choose to shuffle occasionally
interesting play with the disk in game 1. I think since the board was actually equal at the point he used the disk, he could have kept the disk and just played the hippie. If the hippie is removed he still has the disk. that way his opponent has think before he plays anything else.

(As a side point, for X points, having Hymn being 2 points makes it tougher. ) Otherwise Savannah Lions is faster than black. Crusade is great for mono white and so is Army...but Bad Moon is bad for mono black due to the curve that white has on turn 1.

I think I like Angelic voices better. But I never considered playing jihad, it’s nice to see it shine!
Agreed. I would only run 2-3 and make up the difference with Army oA. As an Instant, AoA is a lot more tricky and disruptive.

Yes, Sylvan and Tax works great together. Also untamed wilds and Sylvan or Sylvan with Sindbad. There are tons of cool synergies to make with Sylvan.

Agreed. Blowing up the disk for no reason was a big misplay. Black should have won that game.
Typically mono white will win before a mono black deck from this era.
Yup, this mono white, which was a pretty decent build and he got rather fortunate to not draw too many Thunder Spirit, won very quickly.
Interesting, I see mono black win a lot of matches as well and it's def the more popular mono coloured deck in Swedish.
