George is 1 of my 3 guitar idols. The other two being Jake and Warren. The tone here is unbelievable. Loved him from the first time I saw the video for alone again on mtv back in the 80's.
He never plays it the same way twice. And if someone wasn't familiar with George, but knew the pressed (studio album) version of Mr. Scary, they'd wonder what in the world he's doing, because every single way he did things here on this video are not like the studio version. 🙂
I love his use of the flat 5th in his playing . He really brings it out , instead of just passing over it .
Im amazed by the complexity of what apparently sound as easy riffs. 🤔
This man is a genius.
waiting for new uploads..🤘

Great lesson video! Thank you George Lynch 👍
I love that song. The version on Attack and Beast. Actually every time he plays the song it's a little different. Great lesson! ❤

Thank you, I have watched you play this many times at a very close distance. I still couldn't see all of the variations.

🤟🏻❤️🤟🏻
What model is this ESP?
Now I know who Steve Vai`s role model is
Guitar God George is my favorite since Randy Rhoades. The Ozzy team really screwed up firing him as a tech instead of hiring him to play
thats odd, i always thought he knew nothing about music theory specially since he said it himself, yet hes using a lot of it
Well he used to teach as well, so he was obviously pulling the wool over our eyes in that old video.
