Swing swiiiiiiing
It's annoying, but each area is sealed off separately for multiplayer. If you want to play those areas with a partner, then you have to enter that area first, then summon your friend. Then once you kill the area boss, your friend is sent back to their world, and you have to resummon them in the area you want them back in.
This mechanic was actually necessary to support the multiplayer to begin with. The game servers couldn’t/can’t handle complete overworld generation with two players. The player’s world is used as the base point, while the summoned player joins in and syncs with that player’s world.
Basically the way to view it is, there’s no way to combine two player world’s/both player’s data into a total game experience without it causing bugs, lags, crashes, etc in attempting to continuously create and combine the entire free world.

For the flasks in co-op, whenever you clear a group of enemies (As in clear ALL the enemies in an area) your flasks will be refilled.

Just a tip afro, In the game there's things called “scarabs” which is basically dung beetles that roll balls of well “dung” that can carry different things such as a red one will replenish your health potions, blue will fill up your magic potions and white ones will give you “ash of war” which is powerful attacks.
Like so he can see 👍
And some Scarabs will often have subtle particle effects on them if they're carrying around a spell; blue for a Sorcery, or a bit of gold for an Incantation
killing a groups or strong enemies also restore flasks

For future reference, you can go past fog walls if you get out of co-op for a quick sec with your crew and get to the grace that's past it to set the co-op back up and continue on with the adventure. Yeah I get that having that step to even go further on the map like that is a complete bother and needs to be addressed, but right now that's how you get through to keep exploring with your goons in co-op
It doesn’t need to be addressed, there’s a load limit to the border area of a map that’s designed to improve performance; take that away and you get FPS drops. This is compounded with additional summons, as the game must run while also sending data that’s consistent for both players.
@@coolink1342 true though in that case they could add a prompt to traverse the fog wall and load the area there and reload the one behind though I have heard this is a in lore aspect so doing what I’m saying will never happen either

I literally just watched Seereax video earlier today, and this had me low key hyped
Never in my life did I not know that I needed something so bad until now. I need more of this! Dion and Leon we need y’all together more often!
The parry skill, to put it simply, lets you give shields that have a different skill or no skill at all the ability to parry, same thing with the weapon skills, the only exception being weapons with unique ashes of war like the tree sentinel"s spear.
And as mentioned in the Ash of War's tooltip, you can even give Parry to certain weapons like daggers and curved swords, so if you're a parry god you can dual wield curved swords and still have some defensive ability.
I’m glad you’re sticking with this man! I personally love this game, and I love the energy you bring to your videos in general. So it’s awesome to see these uploads staying true! Thanks for the good laughs and gameplay! Easily becoming one of my favorite series ever.

I really hope they update multiplayer here. In any other fromsoft game it makes sense that coop is optional and doesn't need to be perfect. But just the thought of being able to explore this game with a friend galloping around on our horse fu*king everything up in our path it's too much fun to be left as is

@@whiteb0yFTW Yup you're correct on that, there is a mod for it however I'm not sure it works anymore with the current version of Sekiro while they do have online features

1 complaint I have with co-op is that its pretty complicated. Other than that, its really fun!
I think it’s more accesible since you need flowers which are found very easy
It’s actually a lot easier than other souls titles
Idk coop didn’t work for me tried making a password and everything, even did the summon pools simply could not get it to work…other than that the game is great!
@@kami_kev yeah but still not an excuse co-op should be fun not having to re summon again and again and again and again. My friend couldn’t see my sign neither was I able to see his a couple items the co-op is buggy at least on Xbox for me n my friend. It’s frustrating

That merchant sells Arts of War you can attach them to any compatible weapon, so shields which don't have parry you can switch their ability to parry at the bonfire.
What you bought was a parry "Ash of war". Your shield innately has the parry skill, some shields don't. You can use that ash of war to give them the parry skill at a Site of Grace. You can also give the parry skill to a dagger or a fist weapon
That's how Ashes of War work, they also have the option to change your weapon scaling to give you more damage depending on your stats
I never thought I'd enjoy afro with seereax but damn it's hilarious, hopefully we can see more
For those who don't know. You can doge slam attacks by jumping ( jump attack works too). This help with keeping up that pressure in bosses and breaking that poise.

honestly this game would be a 10/10 for me (PC performance not included) if they updated the co-op to go with their new open world style, the co-op in dark souls has always been a bit "meh" and not very approachable but those games were more linear so it kinda worked... I find myself not playing co-op in this since it feels so lackluster and restrictive, the fact that you cant go into most places because of fog walls in an open world co-op game is a travesty that was only acceptable in dark souls.
You just summon them again on the other side of the wall. But yeah, it's a strange and pointless restriction. I think maybe the idea was that it'd force the other player to go and experience the journey to the location on their own? It doesn't do that. But maybe that was the idea.
