Here in Switzerland we do not have to worry about tipping exactly right because we usually do not tip or if we do it is 2 or 5 francs to show appreciation for good service.

Why of all the services jobs that exist is this one where the employer isn't required to pay his employees enough money, but instead rely on the whim of a customer?
